Chiaki watched. Her game was... not bad, but nothing really spectacular. She figured not everyone had the same knack for them that she did. 

"If you're fast," She said pointing to one of the blocks, "You can spin that one right before it lands, and fill the hole there... you're not that bad, actually. I've seen worse."

Yeah…I don’t think I have the proper skills required to be successful at these kinds of games. But…I can give it a shot?

"Some of them are. There's a controller on the side, here... and a few have sets of two-player controls, and each one has a game in it. This one is Tetris, but there's some that are fighting games, and a few shooting games. They're basically just arcade games in tables. But I'm pretty good at all of them."

Cool, alright.

How do you play one of those big, bulky table games anyway? They look interesting. Are they two player?

"Well, there's different types of handheld. A 3ds is a type of handheld, of course, but 'handheld' is an umbrella term referring to any portable gaming console... the Gameboy to the 3ds are the well known ones, and the Playstation Portable is too, though it's somewhat less popular...

...then there's things like the Atari Lynx, or the Watara Supervision, or newer unknowns like Dingoo, the Xperia PLAY or the Gizmondo..."

"...And since I can be playing a few systems at a time, I use the umbrella term."

That’s alright, I’m kinda busy with my own…handheld. Who even calls a handheld a handheld anyway? I call it a 3ds.

"Chiaki Nanami..." She replied, somewhat warily, "...Is my name, I mean. Do you have a name, or are you going to be a mysterious stranger?"

"I don’t want to play it." He said sitting beside her and never letting his eyes move away from the screen. Sure Izuru knew he might have scared her but he didn’t care much. This was interesting and he wanted to watch it. "Your name."

"Well, not everyone is a morning person... I was only really awake so I could snag the arcade tables before anyone else came down to the lobby... I guess you can if you want to, but people might not be too pleased."

He stood over the girl silently, staring at the screen with interest. Izuru sighed and hook his head. “No, nothing happened. Keep playing. I was watching that.”
