Multivitamin Question
Hello hive mind-- quick question: Does anyone know of a multivitamin w/ the following features (or some approximation thereof):
-only ~100% or less DV/RDA for all fat-/water-soluble vitamins and trace minerals
-Vitamin A in proform beta-Carotene (or simply no vitamin A)
-No iron (so likely a men's formulation)
-No methylated/"activated" B vitamins ( 5-MTHF, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal 5’-Phosphate, & Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate)
-no 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors / prostate health agents (such as lycopene, curcumin, astaxanthin, amla extract, saw palmetto, pine bark extract, green tea extract, pumpkin seed extract, and their ilk) (Zinc is fine)
-no soy derivatives
I've looked fairly extensively and can't find anything that hits all those requirements, which is odd as I don't consider it unreasonable to want a multi w/ these features.
Thanks in advance!

MCT powder? Is it good or a scam?
Does anyone here use mct powder or oil? I was told it was a good way to prolong energy if I used some in my morning shake. Does anyone know much about that?

Buying Supplements in a country where it is regulated?
I'm looking to buy supplements (mainly collagen supplements) but I don't want to buy it in America since there is zero regulation around supplements in this country.
Does anyone know a place to buy supplements in a country where it is regulated?

Confused about body recomp nutrition
I'm trying to do body recomp, and I'm pretty much confused. How am I supposed to build muscle if I need to be in a calorie deficit to lose fat, and how am I supposed to lose fat if I need to be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle? And they say strength training is a great way to lose fat, but how does that even work if you need to be in a deficit to lose fat without also losing muscle... Im so confused... Should I just eat a shit ton of protein and let my body sort itself out?

Question on serving size for nuts and seeds
Hi everyone, had a question on serving size. I know the serving size for nuts is 1 ounce and you shouldn't have more than 2 tablespoons of seeds per day - however my question is can you have 1 ounce of nuts PLUS 2 tablespoons of seeds or is the recommendation to have 1 ounce of nuts and seeds together? I've been googling trying to figure this out and haven't had much luck so wanted to ask here. Thank you!

Sunflower oil vs seeds
If the bad oils are Soybean oil. Corn oil. Cottonseed oil. Canola oil. Rapeseed oil. Sunflower oil. Sesame oil. Grapeseed oil. Does this mean eating raw Sunflower seeds are bad for you as well? The seeds themselves must have the same bad oil?

Sugar vs. oil in granola
Generally, when making granola, a recipe will call for a large amount of fats/oils. There is a recipe I found that has no fats, but an increased amount of sugar. The calorie count per service is about the same for both recipes. The increased sugar version has a slightly higher calorie count, but the difference is negligible. So which version would be considered more nutritious/healthier?

Banana Powder + Probiotics + Digestive Enzymes
So banana powder is technically a resistant starch which has digestive benefits and is also a pretty healthy gut health ingredient... What would happen if you take banana powder, a probiotic and a digestive enzyme daily? Would the banana powder enhance the probiotic, since it would be considered a pre biotic?
Would mixing banana powder (resistant starch) cause more gas/bloating because it acts sort of like fibre in the body?

Websites to create Nutrition plan
So I’ve been wondering if there’s a website where I can enter the stuff I want to make a meal off (let’s say 100g basmati rice, 100g chicken, 100g broccoli just to have an example) and it then tells me what macros the whole meal will contain and if there’s anything I should be careful about like too high potassium levels or similar.

Peanut butter powder brands having different amounts of protein
Im hoping someone can help me understand this - Naked PB and Crazy Richard’s brands have 6 grams of protein per two tbsp, but PBfit has 9 grams. The ingredients for all of them are just peanuts, but listed as peanut flower (PBfit), roasted peanuts (Naked PB), and peanut powder (Crazy Richard’s). What am I missing or not understanding here? Thanks for your help guys!
