The “How to Build a Motorcycle” book I illustrated for @laurencekingpub Is out now!! Expertly written by Gary Inman of @sideburnmag there are great insights in there for those new to bikes and veteran builders alike I reckon. The Great Escape! - A fun drawing I did earlier in the year for Guy Martin (reposting from my personal account). A tribute to the 75th anniversary of the Great Escape in 1944 (WW2) and the classic 1963 Movie. I drew Guy jumping the Triumph TR6 ridden by Steve McQueen and Bud Ekins in the film. During the actual Great Escape (the 2nd from the camp) 76 allied prisoners of war escaped from Stalag Luft III. 73 were captured and 50 shot by the Nazi Gestapo under direct order by the fascist, Adolf Hitler. 3 Escaped! Easy Rider! I drew this piece back in June for Guy Martin as homage to the great movie's 50th anniversary. Such a shame that a couple of months later Peter Fonda passed away.
