Haranal Lavellan of Clan Lavellan, main hunter/warrior.

He is a part of my Solavellan fan fic, some of my readers might be on here and already know of him, but if you haven't read my fic then this is another of my OC, Haranal, pronounced Hara'nal. He is not related to Ellana, but is part of clan Lavellan, in fact no one in Clan Lavellan is blood related. His attire changes to slight noble style once adapted to Wycome. And then it goes very dark and almost ominous after the events of Trespasser.

Sneak peak of my current chapter of my fic set during Inquisition. Solas visits his agent in the fade.

He quietly prances down the stone corridors, heading to the room of a particular elf. His claws clack against the floor, echoing slightly across the fade. The door at the other end opens and Mara appears with a worried look. 

‘’Wolf’’ she bows lower than she usually does. Worried and full of guilt by her actions.

 He comes to a stop and lifts his head to acknowledge her then sits politely in front of her. His large black tail flicks around his back feet comfortably. His large pointed ears stand to attention and flick towards her, ready to listen to her report. 

She feels a sudden pressure in her head, firm but not painful. 

‘’Tell me’’ His voice fills her mind heavily, but his snout does not move, he just blinks his six large eyes at her slowly and patiently.

‘’He… attacked me…I had no choice.. I…. I am sorry’’ she falls to her knees, pleading before he has even responded. ‘’I know you said to leave it but..I did not want to die’’

‘’He was from the Qun’’ his ears relax now. 

Her fearful eyes look up at him ‘’Yes… how did you…’’

His tail sweeps across the floor, relaxed and calm. ‘’You did as I asked, you left it to me to discover who he was. And I did. It was my mistake for leaving him alive….but I did not want to draw attention to us’’

She swallows hard and stands again, her height still nowhere near as tall as him. 

‘’I am sorry to force you here, I know you said you worry she will catch you, as she nearly did last time but..’’

‘’She is not asleep’’ he says quickly. ‘’Yet’’ he says with a slight warning as he adjusts his front paws and brings his tail around his back paws again.

She lowers her head with a nod. 

‘’Where and how did you kill him, where is his body?’’ he asks, his voice still heavy in her mind.

She swallows again and takes a breath to compose her nerves. ‘’It happened while you were all gone, I found a report from someone in the Qun, but before I could finish reading it, he caught me, so I ran and led him to jail cells. I knew they were empty with no witnesses, so I…..let him fall after he wrestled the letter from me, he took it with him as he fell’’ 

Solas’ stands now, his posture rigid, ears perked right up. She looks at him nervously, uncertain what he will do. Then his dark wolf form shifts in black smoke. It whirls around like a small but calm tornado, then changes into his elf form. His face looks cold at first, but then as he steps over to her, he twitches a small smile at her and places his hand on her shoulder.

‘’You made a wise choice Da’len’’

She releases a withheld breath in relief and nods a thank you to him. He turns his head slightly, as if he has sensed something change in the fade. Her anchor, signalling to him when she enters the fade via dreams. He does not even need to look to know where she is or how close in the fade she is. But he knows she is seeking him out. 

He looks back at Mara and bows his head slightly, then he vanishes.
