સુખી Marriage-એકમેક ને સમજવાની ભાષા

શું છે આ Marriage ? મારા મતે કહું તો , એકબીજામાં પરોવાઈને જીવવાની અને એકજ વ્યક્તિ ને જીવનભર ચાહતા રહેવું ને એ છે Marriage . કેમ કે લગ્ન એ એવી પ્રથા છે કે જેમા તમને પ્રવેશ કરવા તમારી સાથે ઘણા બધા હશે પરંતુ એકબીજા ની જવાબદારી તો તમારે જ સંભાળવી પડશે , એમાં કોઈ મદદ કરવા નહિ આવે . માટે Marriage માં સૌથી વધુ અગત્ય નો માત્ર અને માત્ર જીવનસાથી જ હોય છે કેમ કે એજ તો તમારો જીવનભર સાથ આપે છે. પણ ઘણીવાર જોવા મળે છે કે જેમ જેમ Marriage આગળ વધતું જાય એમ એમ પરસ્પર નો પ્રેમ ઘટતો જાય છે , અંદરો અંદર મતભેદ , ઝઘડા થવા લાગે છે અને Marriage ઝેર જેવું લાગવા લાગે છે , એક બોજ થઇ પડે છે . તો આવું શું કામ , આ એજ વ્યક્તિ છે જેને તમેં ખુબજ ચાહતા હતા એના વગર ઘડીએ પણ રહી નહોતા શકતા એ વ્યક્તિ સાથે આજે આટલું અજુગતું કેમ લાગવા લાગ્યું ? તો એનું કારણ છે કે લગ્ન પહેલા તમે જેટલા સ્વતંત્ર હતા તેટલા જ તમે આજે પોતાની જાતને બંધાયેલી સમજવા લાગ્યા છો . તમે એવું સમજો છો કે લગ્ન થયા એટલી લાઈફ પતિ ગયી, એન્જોયમેંન્ટ જતું રહ્યું જીવનમાંથી . શું કામ ભાઈ , લાઈફ એન્જોય કરવાની થોડી કઈ તમને કોઈએ ના પાડી છે. હસબંડ હોય કે વાઈફ લગ્ન પછી પણ એ બંને ની પોતપોતાની થોડીઘણી પર્સનલ જીંદગી હોઈ શકે , આપણે જયારે Marriage માં પ્રેમ ના બદલે એકબીજા પર હક જમાવતા થઇ જઈએ છીએ ને એજ ઘડીએ આપણી વચ્ચે પ્રેમ ઓછો ને અધિકાર અને ઈગો ક્યાંક ને ક્યાંક વધતો જાય છે . આજે આપણે જોઈએ તો પત્નીઓ લગ્ન પછી એવું ઈચ્છતી હોય છે કે એમનો પતિ બસ આખો દિવસ એમનો જ બની ને રહે ઓફિસે જાય તોપણ દિવસમાં પાંચ વાર તો એમને ફોન કરે , પણ બહેનો એ ઓફીસ કામ કરવા માટે જાય છે કઈ ફરવા કે જલસા કરવા માટે તો જતો નથી અને ઓફીસ જતા પહેલા અને ઓફિસે થી આવીને એના વચ્ચે ના સમયગાળા માં તમારો પતિ ફક્ત તમારો જ છે , તો તમારે કોઈ જ પ્રકારે અસલામતી અનુભવવાની જરૂર જ નથી , ઓફીસ થીઆવીને તો તમારી સાથે સમય ગાળે જ છે , અને સ્વાભાવિક છે કે થાકી ને કંટાળીને કામ પરથી આવે તો કઈ તરત જ તમારી સાથે હાય હેલ્લો કરવા તો ન બેસી જાય , એને પણ થોડો સમય આપો ફેશ થવાનો ,અને ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓ સ્વભાવે ખુબજ શંકાશીલ હોય છે એવી બહેનો ને મારે એ કહેવું છે કે જેટલી શંકા કરશો એટલું તમારું Marriage વધારે કડવું થતું જશે , કેમ કે પ્રેમ તો તમે કરો જ છો પણ વિશ્વાસ સાથેનો પ્રેમ જ ટકાવે છે Marriage ને અને મજબૂત પણ બનાવે છે . મારી એક મિત્ર મળી એકવાર મને ઘણા સમય પછી , એના લગ્ન થયા બાદ . અમે ઘણા સમય પછી મળ્યા હતા એથી ઘણી બધી વાતો પણ કરી અને વાત વાતમાંથી વાત નીકળી ને મેં પૂછ્યું કે અરે અંજલી , તારા વાળ તો ખુબજ સુંદર અને લાંબા હતા કેમ શોર્ટ કરાવી દીધા , જોકે આ પણ સારા જ લાગે છે , તો મને કહે કે મને પણ ક્યા ગમે છે આવા વાળા પણ જયેશ નોઈ ઓફીસ ની એની બધી કલીગ્સ ખુબજ હાઈફાઈ છે અને ઓલ્વેઝ શોર્ટ હેર અને જીન્સ માં જ ઓફીસ આવે છે , તો તું તો જાણે જ છે ને કે આ પુરુષો ને , લટ્ટુ થતા વાર નથી લાગતી . હું પણ આવી થોડી સ્ટાઈલીશ બનું તો જયેશ બીજી કોઈ સામું જોવે નહિ ને.

મને ઘડીભર માટે તો એકદમ આશ્ચર્ય થયું કે આટલી બધી ઇન્સીક્યોરીટી હસબંડ ને લઈને . પછી થયું કે આમ જોવા જઈએ તો ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓ ની આવી મેન્ટાલીટી હોય છે , પણ શું ખરેખર આ યોગ્ય છે ? અરે એના ઓફીસ માં બીજી લેડીઝ ગમે તેવી રહે એનાથી આપણને શું, આપણે શું કામ કારણ વિના ની પોતાની લાઈફ સ્ટાઈલ બદલવી અને ખોટો સ્ટ્રેસ શા માટે ? તમે જેવા હતા એવાજ તમારા પતિ ને ગમતા હતા ત્યારે તો એ તમને પરણ્યા . અને એ એમની ઓફીસ છે , તો કામ ના સ્થળે એ કોઈ પણ બીજી સ્ત્રી સાથે થોડી ઘણી હસીને વાતચીત કરે તો એમાં આપણે આપણે ન્સીક્યોર શુઈ કામ ફિલ કરવું ? Marriage માં સૌથી અગત્યનો છે વિશ્વાસ અને એ દરેક જીવનસાથી ને એકબીજા પર હોવો જરૂરી છે , તોજીવન જીવવાની મજા આવશે એકબીજા જોડે . તમે જો એવું ઈચ્છો છો કે તમારો પતિ બીજી કોઈ સ્ત્રી સામે જોવે સુદ્ધાં નહિ તો ઈમ્પોસીબલ છે , અને ભલે ને જુવે એમાં કઈ એ થોડો એનો થઇ જવાનો છે , પણ આપણે શું છે લેડીઝ ને કે આપણે તૈયાર પણ થઇ તો પોતાના માટે નહિ બીજાના માટે અથવા તો પતિ માટે ,એક કલાક તૈયાર થયા પછી પણ પતિ અથવા તો કોઈપણ જો કઈ કમેન્ટ ન કરે આપણી બ્યુટી ને લઈને તો જાણે કે બધું નકામું. શું કામ એવું ફિલ કરવાનું , શું આપણે આપણા માટે તૈયાર ન થઇ શકીએ , પોતાના માટે સુંદર ન લાગી શકીએ . દરરોજ પતિ આપણને જોઇને આપણા ચહેરા કે બ્યુટી વિશે કમેન્ટ કરે એ કઈ જરૂરી તો નથી જ . માટે ઓલ્વેઝ એવી ખોટી અપેક્ષાઓ ન રાખો. લગ્નના ૮ કે ૧૦ વર્ષ પછી તમારા પતિ તમારી એનીવર્સરી ભૂલી જતા હોય તો એમના થી રીસવાના બદલે શું તમે એમને યાદ કરાવી ન શકો કે વિશ ન કરી શકો કે આજે આપણી મેરેજ એનીવર્સરી છે , પણ જનરલી લેડીઝ શું કરશે? તો કે આખો દિવસ મોઢ��ં ચડાવીને બેસી તો રહેશે જ અને સાંજે જયારે પતિ ઓફીસ થી આવે ત્યારે પણ એમને એનીવર્સરી વિશ તો નહિ જ કરે અને જાણે મોટી ભૂલ કરી બેઠા હોય એમ યાદ અપાવશે કે તમે ભૂલી ગયા ને આપણી એનીવર્સરી, ગીફ્ટ પણ ન લાવ્યા મારી માટે . અરે પણ એમાં શું થઇ ગયું , શું લગ્ન ના એટલા વરસે તમારા માટે એમના પ્રેમ કરતા અગત્ય નું એ છે કે એ તારીખો યાદ રાખે અને ગીફ્ટ આપે તો જ એ તમને પ્રેમ કરતા હોય એવું સાબિત થાય . બહેનો એનીવર્સરી કે બર્થડેટ ભલે ને ભૂલી જતા હોય પણ તમારી કેર કરવાનું નથી ભૂલતા જયારે તમે બીમાર હોવ છો , એમનો પ્રેમ તો એટલો પણ કદાચ તમારી અપેક્ષાઓ વધી ગઈ હોય એવું પણ હોય ને . હવે વાત કરીએ પુરુષોની તો એકલી કઈ સ્ત્રીઓની જ તો જવાબદાર નથી ને Marriage ને સુંદર રીતે નિભાવવાની , પુરુષોએ પણ એમાં સરખા સહભાગી થવું જરૂરી છે ને. તો જેન્ટ્સ નું શું હોય છે મોટે ભાગે કે એમની વાઇફ્સ મેરજ પછી બદલાઈ ગઈ છે , એમની પણ કમ્પ્લેન્ટસની તો લાંબી લાઈન જ હોય છે , તારી સાડી તો જો કેવી લાગે છે , તારા વાળ ઓળાવ્યા છે કે નહિ , તારો ચહેરો તો જો કેવો ફિક્કો પડી ગયો છે . આવું ઘણું બધું તો ઘણી લેડીઝ મેરેજ પછી સાંભળતી જ હશે પણ આવા પુરુષો ને ફક્ત એટલું જ કહેવાનું કે તમારી વા��ફ મેરેજ પહેલા ફક્ત તમારી પત્નિ હતી હવે તમારા ઘરે પરણીને આવ્યા બાદ એ કોઈની પુત્રવધુ , કોઈની ભાભી , કોઈની મમ્મી પણ છે તમારા સિવાય પણ ઘરના એવા બીજા ઘણા સભ્યો છે જેના માટે આખો દિવસ એ કાર્યશીલ રહેતી હોય છે , એવું નથી કે ફક્ત તમે જ બીઝી હોવ છો તમારા કામોમાં . તમારી પત્ની ને પણ ઘરના સભ્યો અને બાળકોના કામો માંથી પોતાના માટે પોતાની જાતને સંવારવાનો ટાઈમ ન પણ મળતો હોય , એની સુંદરતા જ તો ફક્ત જવાબદાર ન હોવી જોઈએ ને એને પ્રેમ કરવા માટે . અને ઘણા પતિઓ એ નથી જાણતા હોતા કે જેને તમે પરણીને લાવ્યા એ પહેલા તો એ હસતી , રમતી , મોજ થી જીવતી અને બિન્દાસ બોલ્ડ ગર્લ જ હતી જેવી તમને ગમતી હતી , પરંતુ તમારા ઘરે આવ્યા બાદ એના વાણી, વર્તન ,હાસ્ય અને રહેણીકરણી બધા પર પાબંદી લાગી ગઈ કેમ કે હવે એક દીકરી મટીને વહુ બની ગયી, અને એ પછીએ એ જો પુરુષ એ સ્ત્રીને એમ કહે કે તું તો મેરજ પછી સાવ બદલાઈ ગયી છે તો એવા પુરુષોને મારે બસ એટલું જ કહેવું છે કે એ બદલાઈ તમારા પરિવાર , તમારા માતાપિતા માટે , શું જીવનને એ ઠરાવ એ બદલાવ એ તમારા માટે જ તો લાવી છે . તો એનું મહત્વ સમજો અને તમારા પ્રેમ માં ઓટ નહિ પણ ભરતી લાવો. જેમાં ભીંજાઈ તમારી જીવનસાથી અને તમારું Marriage બંને ખુશખુશાલ થઇ જાય . હા અને બીજી એક વાત જે પરણિત સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષ બંને ને લાગુ પડે છે એ છે કે લગ્ન થયા બાદ હમેશા એકબીજા પર અધિકાર જમાવ્યા અને પોતાની અપેક્ષાઓ ને એકબીજા પર લાદ્યા કરતા એક મેક ને સમજો અને ક્યારેક સંબંધો માં ઘનિષ્ટતા તો ક્યારેક સંબંધો માં સ્પેસ પણ જરૂરી છે માટે તમારા જીવનસાથી ને હમેશા પોતાની સાથે બાંધેલો ન રાખતા થોડી સ્પેસ પણ આપો કેમ કે દરેક સંબધમાં થોડી સ્પેસ હોવી જરૂરી છે કેમ કે વધુ પડતા વિક્ષેપ થી અને બંધનો થી ક્યારેક સંબધો ગૂંગળાઈ જતા હોય છે અને પરિણામે ઉદ્ભવે છે સંબંધોમાં કડવાશ અને ખટરાગ . માટે જ સુખી Marriage માટે પ્રેમ , વિશ્વાસ અને લાગણી અને સમજદારી આ બધા નો સુંદર તાલમેલ હોવ ખુબજ જરૂરી છે . માટે તમારા જીવનસાથી ને ફક્ત પ્રેમ જ નહિ સાથ , સહકાર અને વિશ્વાસ ની સાથે થોડી સ્વતંત્રતા પણ ચોક્કસ આપો જેનાથી એને લગ્નસંબધ એ જવાબદારી નહિ પણ Marriage ની સુંદર ભેટ લાગે . આ દરેક વાતો કઈ દરેક વ્યક્તિ ને લાગુ પડે એવું નથી માટે કોઈ એ બંદ બેસતી પાઘડી પહેરી લેવી નહિ, આ ફક્ત મારા વિચારો છે જે આપ સુધી પહોંચાડ્યા છે એનો અમલ કરવો ન કરવો એ દરેક નું પર્સનલ ડીસીઝન છે , ફ્રેન્ડસ જો તમને આ લેખ પસંદ આવ્યો હોય તો તમારા મિત્રો અને સ્નેહીજનો સાથે ચોક્કસ શેર કરજો અને અમને તમારા પ્રતીભાવો કમેન્ટ બોક્સ માં જણાવશો. શું છે આ Marriage ? મારા મતે કહું તો , એકબીજામાં પરોવાઈને જીવવાની અને એકજ વ્યક્તિ ને જીવનભર ચાહતા રહેવું ને એ છે Marriage . કેમ કે લગ્ન એ એવી પ્રથા છે કે જેમા તમને પ્રવેશ કરવા તમારી સાથે ઘણા બધા હશે પરંતુ એકબીજા ની જવાબદારી તો તમારે જ સંભાળવી પડશે , એમાં કોઈ મદદ કરવા નહિ આવે . માટે Marriage માં સૌથી વધુ અગત્ય નો માત્ર અને માત્ર જીવનસાથી જ હોય છે કેમ કે એજ તો તમારો જીવનભર સાથ આપે છે. પણ ઘણીવાર જોવા મળે છે કે જેમ જેમ Marriage આગળ વધતું જાય એમ એમ પરસ્પર નો પ્રેમ ઘટતો જાય છે , અંદરો અંદર મતભેદ , ઝઘડા થવા લાગે છે અને Marriage ઝેર જેવું લાગવા લાગે છે , એક બોજ થઇ પડે છે . તો આવું શું કામ , આ એજ વ્યક્તિ છે જેને તમેં ખુબજ ચાહતા હતા એના વગર ઘડીએ પણ રહી નહોતા શકતા એ વ્યક્તિ સાથે આજે આટલું અજુગતું કેમ લાગવા લાગ્યું ? તો એનું કારણ છે કે લગ્ન પહેલા તમે જેટલા સ્વતંત્ર હતા તેટલા જ તમે આજે પોતાની જાતને બંધાયેલી સમજવા લાગ્યા છો . તમે એવું સમજો છો કે લગ્ન થયા એટલી લાઈફ પતિ ગયી, એન્જોયમેંન્ટ જતું રહ્યું જીવનમાંથી . શું કામ ભાઈ , લાઈફ એન્જોય કરવાની થોડી કઈ તમને કોઈએ ના પાડી છે. હસબંડ હોય કે વાઈફ લગ્ન પછી પણ એ બંને ની પોતપોતાની થોડીઘણી પર્સનલ જીંદગી હોઈ શકે , આપણે જયારે Marriage માં પ્રેમ ના બદલે એકબીજા પર હક જમાવતા થઇ જઈએ છીએ ને એજ ઘડીએ આપણી વચ્ચે પ્રેમ ઓછો ને અધિકાર અને ઈગો ક્યાંક ને ક્યાંક વધતો જાય છે . આજે આપણે જોઈએ તો પત્નીઓ લગ્ન પછી એવું ઈચ્છતી હોય છે કે એમનો પતિ બસ આખો દિવસ એમનો જ બની ને રહે ઓફિસે જાય તોપણ દિવસમાં પાંચ વાર તો એમને ફોન કરે , પણ બહેનો એ ઓફીસ કામ કરવા માટે જાય છે કઈ ફરવા કે જલસા કરવા માટે તો જતો નથી અને ઓફીસ જતા પહેલા અને ઓફિસે થી આવીને એના ��ચ્ચે ના સમયગાળા માં તમારો પતિ ફક્ત તમારો જ છે , તો તમારે કોઈ જ પ્રકારે અસલામતી અનુભવવાની જરૂર જ નથી , ઓફીસ થીઆવીને તો તમારી સાથે સમય ગાળે જ છે , અને સ્વાભાવિક છે કે થાકી ને કંટાળીને કામ પરથી આવે તો કઈ તરત જ તમારી સાથે હાય હેલ્લો કરવા તો ન બેસી જાય , એને પણ થોડો સમય આપો ફેશ થવાનો ,અને ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓ સ્વભાવે ખુબજ શંકાશીલ હોય છે એવી બહેનો ને મારે એ કહેવું છે કે જેટલી શંકા કરશો એટલું તમારું Marriage વધારે કડવું થતું જશે , કેમ કે પ્રેમ તો તમે કરો જ છો પણ વિશ્વાસ સાથેનો પ્રેમ જ ટકાવે છે Marriage ને અને મજબૂત પણ બનાવે છે . મારી એક મિત્ર મળી એકવાર મને ઘણા સમય પછી , એના લગ્ન થયા બાદ . અમે ઘણા સમય પછી મળ્યા હતા એથી ઘણી બધી વાતો પણ કરી અને વાત વાતમાંથી વાત નીકળી ને મેં પૂછ્યું કે અરે અંજલી , તારા વાળ તો ખુબજ સુંદર અને લાંબા હતા કેમ શોર્ટ કરાવી દીધા , જોકે આ પણ સારા જ લાગે છે , તો મને કહે કે મને પણ ક્યા ગમે છે આવા વાળા પણ જયેશ નોઈ ઓફીસ ની એની બધી કલીગ્સ ખુબજ હાઈફાઈ છે અને ઓલ્વેઝ શોર્ટ હેર અને જીન્સ માં જ ઓફીસ આવે છે , તો તું તો જાણે જ છે ને કે આ પુરુષો ને , લટ્ટુ થતા વાર નથી લાગતી . હું પણ આવી થોડી સ્ટાઈલીશ બનું તો જયેશ બીજી કોઈ સામું જોવે નહિ ને.

મને ઘડીભર માટે તો એકદમ આશ્ચર્ય થયું કે આટલી બધી ઇન્સીક્યોરીટી હસબંડ ને લઈને . પછી થયું કે આમ જોવા જઈએ તો ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓ ની આવી મેન્ટાલીટી હોય છે , પણ શું ખરેખર આ યોગ્ય છે ? અરે એના ઓફીસ માં બીજી લેડીઝ ગમે તેવી રહે એનાથી આપણને શું, આપણે શું કામ કારણ વિના ની પોતાની લાઈફ સ્ટાઈલ બદલવી અને ખોટો સ્ટ્રેસ શા માટે ? તમે જેવા હતા એવાજ તમારા પતિ ને ગમતા હતા ત્યારે તો એ તમને પરણ્યા . અને એ એમની ઓફીસ છે , તો કામ ના સ્થળે એ કોઈ પણ બીજી સ્ત્રી સાથે થોડી ઘણી હસીને વાતચીત કરે તો એમાં આપણે આપણે ન્સીક્યોર શુઈ કામ ફિલ કરવું ? Marriage માં સૌથી અગત્યનો છે વિશ્વાસ અને એ દરેક જીવનસાથી ને એકબીજા પર હોવો જરૂરી છે , તોજીવન જીવવાની મજા આવશે એકબીજા જોડે . તમે જો એવું ઈચ્છો છો કે તમારો પતિ બીજી કોઈ સ્ત્રી સામે જોવે સુદ્ધાં નહિ તો ઈમ્પોસીબલ છે , અને ભલે ને જુવે એમાં કઈ એ થોડો એનો થઇ જવાનો છે , પણ આપણે શું છે લેડીઝ ને કે આપણે તૈયાર પણ થઇ તો પોતાના માટે નહિ બીજાના માટે અથવા તો પતિ માટે ,એક કલાક તૈયાર થયા પછી પણ પતિ અથવા તો કોઈપણ જો કઈ કમેન્ટ ન કરે આપણી બ્યુટી ને લઈને તો જાણે કે બધું નકામું. શું કામ એવું ફિલ કરવાનું , શું આપણે આપણા માટે તૈયાર ન થઇ શકીએ , પોતાના માટે સુંદર ન લાગી શકીએ . દરરોજ પતિ આપણને જોઇને આપણા ચહેરા કે બ્યુટી વિશે કમેન્ટ કરે એ કઈ જરૂરી તો નથી જ . માટે ઓલ્વેઝ એવી ખોટી અપેક્ષાઓ ન રાખો. લગ્નના ૮ કે ૧૦ વર્ષ પછી તમારા પતિ તમારી એનીવર્સરી ભૂલી જતા હોય તો એમના થી રીસવાના બદલે શું તમે એમને યાદ કરાવી ન શકો કે વિશ ન કરી શકો કે આજે આપણી મેરેજ એનીવર્સરી છે , પણ જનરલી લેડીઝ શું કરશે? તો કે આખો દિવસ મોઢું ચડાવીને બેસી તો રહેશે જ અને સાંજે જયારે પતિ ઓફીસ થી આવે ત્યારે પણ એમને એનીવર્સરી વિશ તો નહિ જ કરે અને જાણે મોટી ભૂલ કરી બેઠા હોય એમ યાદ અપાવશે કે તમે ભૂલી ગયા ને આપણી એનીવર્સરી, ગીફ્ટ પણ ન લાવ્યા મારી માટે . અરે પણ એમાં શું થઇ ગયું , શું લગ્ન ના એટલા વરસે તમારા માટે એમના પ્રેમ કરતા અગત્ય નું એ છે કે એ તારીખો યાદ રાખે અને ગીફ્ટ આપે તો જ એ તમને પ્રેમ કરતા હોય એવું સાબિત થાય . બહેનો એનીવર્સરી કે બર્થડેટ ભલે ને ભૂલી જતા હોય પણ તમારી કેર કરવાનું નથી ભૂલતા જયારે તમે બીમાર હોવ છો , એમનો પ્રેમ તો એટલો પણ કદાચ તમારી અપેક્ષાઓ વધી ગઈ હોય એવું પણ હોય ને . હવે વાત કરીએ પુરુષોની તો એકલી કઈ સ્ત્રીઓની જ તો જવાબદાર નથી ને Marriage ને સુંદર રીતે નિભાવવાની , પુરુષોએ પણ એમાં સરખા સહભાગી થવું જરૂરી છે ને. તો જેન્ટ્સ નું શું હોય છે મોટે ભાગે કે એમની વાઇફ્સ મેરજ પછી બદલાઈ ગઈ છે , એમની પણ કમ્પ્લેન્ટસની તો લાંબી લાઈન જ હોય છે , તારી સાડી તો જો કેવી લાગે છે , તારા વાળ ઓળાવ્યા છે કે નહિ , તારો ચહેરો તો જો કેવો ફિક્કો પડી ગયો છે . આવું ઘણું બધું તો ઘણી લેડીઝ મેરેજ પછી સાંભળતી જ હશે પણ આવા પુરુષો ને ફક્ત એટલું જ કહેવાનું કે તમારી વાઈફ મેરેજ પહેલા ફક્ત તમારી પત્નિ હતી હવે તમારા ઘરે પરણીને આવ્યા બાદ એ કોઈની પુત્રવધુ , કોઈની ભાભી , કોઈની મમ્મી પણ છે તમારા સિવાય પણ ઘરના એવા બીજા ઘણા સભ્યો છે જેના માટે આખો દિવસ એ કાર્યશીલ રહેતી હોય છે , એવું નથી કે ફક્ત તમે જ બીઝી હોવ છો તમારા કામોમાં . તમારી પત્ની ને પણ ઘરના સભ્યો અને બાળકોના કામો માંથી પોતાના માટે પોતાની જાતને સંવારવાનો ટાઈમ ન પણ મળતો હોય , એની સુંદરતા જ તો ફક્ત જવાબદાર ન હોવી જોઈએ ને એને પ્રેમ કરવા માટે . અને ઘણા પતિઓ એ નથી જાણતા હોતા કે જેને તમે પરણીને લાવ્યા એ પહેલા તો એ હસતી , રમતી , મોજ થી જીવતી અને બિન્દાસ બોલ્ડ ગર્લ જ હતી જેવી તમને ગમતી હતી , પરંતુ તમારા ઘરે આવ્યા બાદ એના વાણી, વર્તન ,હાસ્ય અને રહેણીકરણી બધા પર પાબંદી લાગી ગઈ કેમ કે હવે એક દીકરી મટીને વહુ બની ગયી, અને એ પછીએ એ જો પુરુષ એ સ્ત્રીને એમ કહે કે તું તો મેરજ પછી સાવ બદલાઈ ગયી છે તો એવા પુરુષોને મારે બસ એટલું જ કહેવું છે કે એ બદલાઈ તમારા પરિવાર , તમારા માતાપિતા માટે , શું જીવનને એ ઠરાવ એ બદલાવ એ તમારા માટે જ તો લાવી છે . તો એનું મહત્વ સમજો અને તમારા પ્રેમ માં ઓટ નહિ પણ ભરતી લાવો. જેમાં ભીંજાઈ તમારી જીવનસાથી અને તમારું Marriage બંને ખુશખુશાલ થઇ જાય . હા અને બીજી એક વાત જે પરણિત સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષ બંને ને લાગુ પડે છે એ છે કે લગ્ન થયા બાદ હમેશા એકબીજા પર અધિકાર જમાવ્યા અને પોતાની અપેક્ષાઓ ને એકબીજા પર લાદ્યા કરતા એક મેક ને સમજો અને ક્યારેક સંબંધો માં ઘનિષ્ટતા તો ક્યારેક સંબંધો માં સ્પેસ પણ જરૂરી છે માટે તમારા જીવનસાથી ને હમેશા પોતાની સાથે બાંધેલો ન રાખતા થોડી સ્પેસ પણ આપો કેમ કે દરેક સંબધમાં થોડી સ્પેસ હોવી જરૂરી છે કેમ કે વધુ પડતા વિક્ષેપ થી અને બંધનો થી ક્યારેક સંબધો ગૂંગળાઈ જતા હોય છે અને પરિણામે ઉદ્ભવે છે સંબંધોમાં કડવાશ અને ખટરાગ . માટે જ સુખી Marriage માટે પ્રેમ , વિશ્વાસ અને લાગણી અને સમજદારી આ બધા નો સુંદર તાલમેલ હોવ ખુબજ જરૂરી છે . માટે તમારા જીવનસાથી ને ફક્ત પ્રેમ જ નહિ સાથ , સહકાર અને વિશ્વાસ ની સાથે થોડી સ્વતંત્રતા પણ ચોક્કસ આપો જેનાથી એને લગ્નસંબધ એ જવાબદારી નહિ પણ Marriage ની સુંદર ભેટ લાગે . આ દરેક વાતો કઈ દરેક વ્યક્તિ ને લાગુ પડે એવું નથી માટે કોઈ એ બંદ બેસતી પાઘડી પહેરી લેવી નહિ, આ ફક્ત મારા વિચારો છે જે આપ સુધી પહોંચાડ્યા છે એનો અમલ કરવો ન કરવો એ દરેક નું પર્સનલ ડીસીઝન છે , ફ્રેન્ડસ જો તમને આ લેખ પસંદ આવ્યો હોય તો તમારા મિત્રો અને સ્નેહીજનો સાથે ચોક્કસ શેર કરજો અને અમને તમારા પ્રતીભાવો કમેન્ટ બોક્સ માં જણાવશો. 6 ઘરેલું ટીપ્સ છુપાવો વધતી AGE ની નિશાનીઓ ને

કોઈ એ કહ્યું છે ને કે પુરુષો ને તેમનો પગાર અને સ્ત્રીઓ ને તેમની AGE ક્યારેય ન પૂછવી. ઇટ્સ હર્ટ ઓલ્વેઝ . ફ્રેન્ડસ જેન્ટ્સ ની વાત ફરી ક્યારેક પણ આજે આપણે વાત કરીશું ફક્ત સ્ત્રીઓ વિષે અને સ્ત્રીઓ માટે . દરેક સ્ત્રી એવું ઈચ્છતી હોય છે ,કે એ સદાય યુવાન જ રહે , એક્ચ્યુલી એ તો પોસિબલ નથી કેમ કે AGE વધવાની સાથે ચહેરા પર કરચલીઓ પડે સ્કીન ડલ પડી જાય અને ચહેરો પણ એકદમ નિસ્તેજ લાગવા લાગે એ તો દરેક સાથે બને છે. ઓલ્વેજ કઈ નવયુવાન તો ન જ રહી શકાય ને. પરંતુ હા એ યુવાનીને થોડા સમયકાળ સુધી મેન્ટેઈન કરી શકો છો તમે. અને એ પણ કેટલીક હેલ્ધી અને હોમમેડ વસ્તુ ના ઉપયોગ દ્વારા , કેટલીક ઘરેલું ટીપ્સ ને ફોલોવ કરીને તમે ૪૦ ની AGE પણ ૨૮ ના દેખાઈ શકો છો . આઈ મીન ટુ સે કે તમારી વધતી જતી AGE ને છુપાવી શકો છો. તો આજે સ્નેહરશ્મિ.કોમ આપની માટે લઈને આવ્યું છે એવી જ કેટલી ઘરેલું અને હેલ્ધી ટીપ્સ . (૧)

તુલસીના પાન અને ફુદીનાના પણ ને સરખા ભાગે લઈને તેને ધોઈ લો , હવે તેની પેસ્ટ બનાવી લો . હવે આ પેસ્ટ માં બે ત્રણ ટીપાં લીંબુ નો રસ ઉમેરી ફરી મિક્સ કરી લો . હવે આ પેસ્ટ ને તમારા ચહેરા પર ફેસપેક ની જેમ લગાવી દો. ૩૦ મિનીટ પછી તમારો ચહેરો નવશેકા પાણીથી ધોઈ લો. (૨)

દૂધમાં હળદર અને ચંદન પાઉડર મિક્સ કરીને પેસ્ટ બનાવી લો, આ પેસ્ટ ને દરરોજ એક અઠવાડિયા સુધી તમારા ચહેરા પર લગાવો અડધો કલાક રાખી ને ચહેરો સ્વચ્છ પાણી થી સાફ કરી લો. (૩)

મૂળા , કાકડી અને ટામેટા નો રસ સરખા ભાગે લઈને તેમાં થોડું ગુલાબજળ ઉમેરો . ત્યારબાદ એક નાની ચમચી માખણ અને અડધી ચમચી હળદર લઇ એમાં આ રસ ઉમેરી પેસ્ટ બનાવી ચહેરા પર લગાવો. ત્યારબાદ ૨૫ થી ૩૦ મિનીટ બાદ ચહેરો હુંફાળા પાણીથી ધોઈ લો . (૪)

દરરોજ સવારે એક ગ્લાસ નવશેકા દૂધ માં એક ચમચી મધ નાખી ને પીવો. (૫)

એક ચમચી મધમાં એક ચમચી ચણા નો લોટ , બે ચપટી હળદર , ૬ થી ૭ ટીપા ઓલીવ ઓઈલ નાખી ને પેસ્ટ તૈયાર કરો .આ પેસ્ટ ને ચહેરા પર લગાવી ને ૨૦ મિનીટ બાદ ચહેરો ઠંડા પાણી થી ધોઈ લો .આવું દર અઠવાડિયે એકવાર કરો .ચહેરા પરની કરચલીઓ એકદમ ઓછી થઇ જશે . (૬)

ટામેટા ને કાપીને એના એક ભાગ પર ૩ થી ૪ ટીપા મધ અને થોડા ખાંડ ના દાણા ભભરાવી ને એ અડધા ટામેટા થી તમારા ચહેરા પર હળવા હાથે ગોળાકાર માં ૫ થી ૧૦ મિનીટ મસાજ કરો પછી ચહેરા ને એમ જ ૧૫ થી ૨૦ મિનીટ રહેવા દો , પછી ચહેરા ને ઠંડા પાણીથી ધોઈ લો. ફ્રેન્ડસ આ ઘરેલું ટીપ્સ તમને ચોક્કસ થી હેલ્પફુલ થશે અને આના ઉપયોગ થી તમારો ચહેરો નીખરી ઉઠશે અને ફરી પાછા લાગશો પહેલા જેવા જ યુવાન અને તરોતાજા . પરંતુ હા જો કોઈને સ્કીન ને લગતી કોઈ પણ એલર્જી કે સમસ્યા હોય તો પ્લીઝ ડોક્ટર ની સલાહ વગર આ ઉપાયો અજમાવશો નહીં. જો તમને આ ટીપ્સ ગમે અને હેલ્પફુલ લાગે તો તમારા ફ્રેન્ડસ સાથે પણ શેર અવશ્ય કરજો. અમારા પેજ ને જરૃને જરૂર લાઈક કરજો--> Up To Date Read the full article

Apple’s Co-Founder Insulted India. Anand Mahindra Gave A Cracking Reply

Apple is one of the most loved brand across the globe. It is one of the biggest companies in the world which was founded by Steve Jobs.

Recently, the co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak took a dig at Indian education system and said that Indians lacks ‘creativity’ factor in them. He stressed on the bitter fact that we Indian just need good high-salaried jobs and nothing else. But he also said that we Indians are lacking the creativity factor in us. Not just this but he also added that he does not believe there can ever be any big tech company or breakthrough in India similar to tech giants Google, Facebook or Apple.

Anand Mahindra, who is the chairman of Mahindra Group gave a befitting reply to the co-founder of the Apple.He clearly didn’t liked the way Steve Wozniak took a dig at Indians.
