My cats weird obsession with Ringo Starr

So recently my cat has become infatuated with a picture of Ringo Starr I have hanging up in my room

He only ever does this with ringo, not George, the only other picture he can reach, I thought maybe he actually liked Paul or maybe it was just the frame so I conducted an experiment

I decided to try out some different pics of the Beatles together and he still seemed to prefer ringo over the other three

I then tried out individual photos to see which he preferred and he stuck by ringo every time

Finally I tested a picture of the band from a different era where they looked different, at least to a cat, and he still preferred Ringo, thus telling me that my cat has a thing for Ringo Starr

hello there, i was off tumblr for a bit due to some issues and lack of any motivation, but i am back and so i decided to finish this!

2. when was the last time you cried? 

On Sunday i had a full on breakdown - i watched the last episode of Sherlock with one of my best friends and it was an emotional moment for me (update: i cried a lot after sunday)

3. do you have/ want kids? 

I´m sure i don´t have any kids now, but not as sure if i want some in the future - it is a big deal to RAISE a human being. We´ll see..

4. do you use sarcasm a lot? 

all the time - that wasn´t sarcasm

their height or hair

blue/grey 

7. scary movie or happy ending? 

i´m down for anything if it has a good story, or a unexpected plot twist. I feel like these days scary movies are becoming more and more shitty and stupid, which is sad tho :((

i can spend hours and hours doing absolutely nothing, impressed eh?

you and john fell in love when your mum sent you onto his territory because of a major problem - she’s ran out of flour while cooking your grandma’s favourite biscuits– and it was greatly important to prepare them in time since your grandma wascoming the next morning. you were living on menlove avenue in number 249 andthe nearest help was in number 251. at first you hesitated when you heard shouting fromthe inside but you rang the doorbell anyway. and thank god you did. it was avery succesful evening for you brought home the flour and stole heart of the boy who opened the door. every morning he would pick you up and accompany you on your way to school.after class he’d wait for you with his guitar already on his back, smoking a cigarette.you and your friends would then go to NEMS where you would go through all thenew records. 

you both are as blind as bats – this would make things veryhard when one of you would forget their glasses - making it very funny for the other boys.

john would also like to visit you very spontaneously –usually very angry, drunk or hurt and especially at night. either way he’d bein desperate need of affection. you’d always take care of him offering him asafe place that he was craving. 

you would teach john how to play the piano. you two would train when your mum wouldn’t be at home – he would in exchange teach you how to playthe banjo. when the house would be empty you would arrange private sessionswhere you used to jam together. sometimes also paul would be allowed to come. john would sing larry williams‘ bonymoronie at least once during the day. you would always shush him when he’d getto the chorus. 

ringo would always complain about the intense sexual tensionbetween you two that rose up everytime they’d leave you alone just for a short while. 

with your kind, nurturing, peaceful and selfless nature youwould always clean up his messes after him– if it was an argument between theband members during a recording, a ridiculous fight in the pub or an unluckymisunderstaning in an interview. this would help john stay safe and remain friendswith people. 

after the one and only time he actually made you mad he’d come backwith forgive me (my little flowerprincess).

later, you two could spend the whole day in comfortable silence– john siting by the piano writing songs and you drawing whatever the newbornmusic would remind you of. 

john would buy you a bass guitar for your birthday. that’s it.he would. 

in 1977 you would convince him to see ‚a new hope‘ with you. he’d  spend the whole ride home from the cinema makingchewbacca noises, trying to speak wookiee. 

everytime he’d be hopelessly looking for either his favouritecup, towel, glasses, sheets of music (from many years ago or yesterday) or the ‚ridiculous floral shirt I bought in Japan‘he’d come to you, desperately shouting „help me, obi-wan kenobi! you’re my onlyhope!“  

I am convinced that you would bring John the peace, love,safety, stability, empathy and wisdom he’d need.
