Set your Intention, write down, think about, or plan whatever it is that you need to focus on. 3. Set aside specific chunks of time throughout your day (or week) for focus. Try at least 15 minutes each day (but more is better!). Then, hold yourself accountable! Here are some ideas for ways to do so: -Get an accountability partner to do the ritual with you.

It’s easy to listen to others press their fears on you when you have a new idea or want to do something new. It’s easy to let those fears go to your head and say to yourself, yeah, I guess it’s not worth the risk.
The only way to discover what you really want out of life is to go out and get it. You have to try in order to know what it is you really want.
At the end of the day, you are the only one who is truly capable of living your life.
We all have a desire for a deep connection (that's not pizza-related)... a hope that another person will just get us and want an intimate relationship with us, the idea that if we could just find this person we’d be fulfilled.
But here's the truth: another person isn’t going to fulfill us completely. Before we look to someone else for fulfillment, we should look to ourselves.
Fulfillment comes from something deeper — finding meaning in life, finding appreciation in the moment, being in service of others, loving.
We can find meaning by searching within ourselves and in the world around us. We can start to appreciate the joyful moments around us all the time.
This practice can bring fulfillment, and nothing is required but attention, appreciation, gratitude and love. You have that in you.
