Okay, I was plying around with Bing creator, because why not? I was just trying to have Joy give Sadness a shoulder rub. And I somehow wound up with Sadness being done with Joy's Crap.

Yeah, guilty. So, new policy. If you like me with an empty account, just leave me a note. It doesn't have to be a novel, just a sentence or two. If I get that within a week of your like, fine. If not, you're getting bot reported. Sounds like a fair deal, right?
fun fact!! it turns out that now when u make a new blog, tumblr forces you to follow 3-4 people before you can change your icon or modify your blog in any way!! this, of course, means that, yes, some of the "potential bots" many of us have been automatically blocking could have possibly been genuine new users who were only just seconds in to having an account!!! tumblr is literally screwing new users over!!!!

Okay, random thought.
Idle speculation, here. What if things shake out differently, this time. Melinda confronts her mother’s spirit, trapped in the evil and is able to free her mother, so she can at least pass on. The current situation is resolved. Seng, Edred and Melinda are finally laid to rest. Emma, Dimitri and Alfie reemerge. But in a twist of fate, they inherit the powers.
Emma has the shadow magic, Dimitri has Edred’s combat skill and perhaps even Quillian. Alfie keeps Seng’s connection to the Astral. Emma finally marries WInston, who’s getting his werewolf issues under control, they adopt Alfie, because why not. At first Dimitri is ready to hit the road, but Winston asks him to stay and even offers to help him find more stable work.
They settle back into their own lives, with some adjustments. But, every once in a while, when danger rear’s it ugly head, they jump in to help out. My god, did Genndy just invent the Fantastic Four, steampunk magic edition?

Is Emma just going to spend the rest of her life in her wedding gown? For the wedding she didn’t get to have?

Just watched the new episode o Unicorn Warriors Eternal.
Some thing’s bugging me and had to get it off my chest. Spoiler Warning is in effect. The rest is after the break.
Is it me, or did Emma just create a stable time loop? She somehow wound up in Melinda’s memories and Melinda trying to help Emma is what caused the whole mess in the first place? Sorry, I just needed to get this out.

Inside Out 2 could work
People are weighing in on Inside Out 2, saying it’s not needed, as the first movie was a good, complete story. But, here’s the thing, there is a way it could work, as it’s own story.
We got to see the story of Riley and there’s no need to revisit it, I agree on that. But, everyone has emotions. What if instead of Riley, the sequel follows someone else’s emotions. This could be a unique chance for Pixar to reinvent the main characters of one of their movies and it have it work and be in canon.
As for other people there are tons of possibilities. What about focusing on the emotions of a kid who’s going through a divorce, or a person who just lost a loved one, or someone leaving home for the first time. That could give Pixar a chance to create a whole new dynamic between the five characters.
But, let’s say Disney wants to stick a bit closer to home, at least in Riley’s sphere. What about Meg? Who’s meg? Riley’s friend from Minnesota. We could see the events of the movie from her point of view. How her emotions reacted to RIley moving away and the computer chat later on. We could see a slice of Meg’s life.
I’m just spit balling ideas here, but the point I’m trying to make is there are all kinds of stories they could tell with a second movie. It doesn’t just have to be another slice of Riley’s life. So, maybe don’t dismiss the sequel out of hand, at least until we know more about it.

Random Psychonauts 2 thought.
There’s an interesting piece of dialog with Sam. Raz asks where she learned to make pancakes and she randomly says prison, before correcting herself and saying her mom taught her. But, what if Sam actually learned to cook in juvie? Why did she end up in Juvie? Well, let’s just say Sam’s first visit to a zoo did not go as expected.

Luca Turning Red Easter Egg
I think I have the Luca easter egg or Turning Red spotted, but it doesn’t seem to make sure, but it might. Spoilers for safety.
If you look carefully at the scene where Luca and Giulia are talking in Giulia’s room you can see stuff on her wall. This appears to include a polaroid of a close-up face. And that face looks a lot like Mei’s Panda form. Except there’s one problem, it can’t be Mei.
Luca takes place in 65, Turning Red is set in 2002. Mei is stated as being thirteen. That means that photo was on Giulia’s wall 23 years before Mei was even born.
But, then I thought. What if that isn’t Mei, what if it’s a relative. Given the time frame that could be Mei’s grandma or grandpa. I don’t think it’s either of Mei’s parents, because Mei’s mom at least looks a bit too young. But, Mei’s Panda condition could run in the family.

Turning Red Trailer Thoughts
That classroom scene strikes me as a dream sequence, dramatic, highly exaggerated. Basically Mei's general life turned up to eleven. .Clingy, overprotective, embarrassing mom. .The overly dramatic change sequence. .Mei being desperate to hide the panda form and terrified that tons of people will see her.
Okay the transformation rules are a little confusing. Mei's clothes and her cap go with her when she changes, but the school tag and her backpack don't?
Mei's bed is trashed. The frame is leaning and the mattresses are on the floor. Suddenly gaining a couple hundred pounds and several feet in height will do that.

Random Luca thought 2
Okay, so, Giulia does the swimming portion of the race. We see her get on the bicycle, still wearing her swim suit. Then, the next time we see her, only a few minutes later, she’s wearing her regular clothes. I’m sorry but did Giulia manage to change clothes, while riding a bicycle, in public?

So, I’ve been wondering.
Do you think Pixar pays attention to the Pixar theory? I mean surely they must know about it, by now. Do you think Pixar might have started adding little things to their movies to make sure they can fit into the theory somehow?

Okay, but what if Giulia takes Luca to see “Creature from the Black Lagoon” and they nearly get kicked out, because Luca is just laughing his tail off the whole off.

Luca, Turning Red, and the Pixar Theory
I’ve been thinking about where Luca and Turning Red might fall in the Pixar theory timeline. Now, you might think that Luca and Turning Red take place in different time periods, or at least in different decades. But, what if they take place at relatively the same time. And that time, was after Wall-E. Wait, how would that work? Read on after the break for my thoughts.
The easiest way to do this is to present a timeline. I’m going to center the timeline around when Humans return to Earth. So to keep things simple I’ll be using the following terms.
BR(Before Return): The time before humans return to Earth.
R0(The Return):The time when humans return.
AR(After Return) The time After the humans return.
Bare in mind a good portion of this timeline is going to be vague. Please bare with me.
??? BR: Around the time of Finding Nemo and FInding Dory. Industrial chemicals dumped into the ocean have an unexpected side effect. This causes sealife and various birds to become sentient.
??? BR: A build-up of garbage and chemicals in the environment makes Earth less and less habitable. Humanity leaves earth in colony ships created by Buy-N-Large to keep people safe until the planet becomes habitable again. Buy-N-Large secretly reprograms the ship A.I.s to never come back.
??? BR: With the end of the fishing industry, the population of sea life booms. Resources become more scare, leading to competition, which leads to growth and development, the process is drastically sped up by the industrial chemicals.
About a hundred years after humans left earth, early fish people begin forming into tribes to help and support each other. Tribes actively compete for thinning resources which leads to conflict. After decades of conflict and the loss of much life fish people become sick of fighting. The tribes sign a peace treaty and agree to share the remaining resources. This system works so well that the tribes unite permanently and begin to form civilization. This leads to a golden age and the height of fish people society.
R0: Humanity returns to the earth. At first it’s just the people of the Axiom. But, the Axiom is eventually able to contact other colony ships, warn them about their defective A.I.s or perhaps even shut the A.I.s down remotely.
50 AR: fifty years after the Axiom’s return, many more colony ships arrive on earth and the planet’s human population begins growing. After gathering historical data from the ship computers humans begin trying to recreate the old world, including reforming national borders. The fish don’t pay too much attention to this at first and focus on their own nation.
60 AR: The first seaside towns and boats are built. Fishing resumes. This causes humans to bump into fish people. The first reports of “Sea Monsters” begin to surface. After living in peace for generations, fish people just try to stay out of the way, but the human incursion into the ocean grows and humans and fish people clash, which ultimately leads to violent conflict. This ends the golden age as fish people begin abandoning towns and colonies closer to the surface and head for deeper water.
200 AR: Fish people civilization is all but splintered. Fish people population dwindles and fish people focus on small, well hidden villages. Around this time, as a form of self defense and due to exposure to human imagination, fish people develop the ability to disguise themselves as humans, but exposure to water disrupts the ability temporarily.
500AR: Contact between the sea and surface has almost completely ended. “Sea Monsters” have fallen into well-exaggerated legends. After hundreds of years of no contact, young fish people become curious about human civilization. This causes a pair of young fish people boys to disguise themselves and spend a summer in a human, seaside, town. At this point human society mostly resembles what it did before humans left, with a few small differences. Around this time humans start being born with the ability to change into alternate forms, caused by the remaining chemicals in the environment. Mei Lee is one of the first people born with this ability.
510AR:More and more people are born with the ability to change. Attempting to hide it finally becomes pointless. Eventually, nearly a tenth of the human population have this ability. Fish people take note of this and begin taking tentative steps to reconnect with humans and make peace. This is a slow process as there is a lot of bad blood, but eventually progress is made.
530 AR: Nearly a quarter of the human race has the ability to change into alternate forms at this point. At first the alternate forms are based on animals, but eventually people begin to change into forms that don’t resemble any animal species, these people’s alternate forms are referred to as mutants. At this point the majority of fish people begin integrating into the human population, mostly in seaside towns and cities. A few stalwart towns and colonies remain below the surface.
550AR: More and more humans have the ability to change. It’s gotten to the point where people spend most of their time in their alternate form, seeing little reason to change back. The first babies are born in their alternate form around this time.
570AR: The majority of humanity now lives constantly in their alternate forms. Eventually people start losing the ability to change back. The term “human” starts to be seen as out dated, as their are now many types of people living in the world. A historian examines the ancient records of the Axiom and the other ships and discovers a term that seemed to be used long ago to describe many different types of beings. Though incomplete records mean that the historian is unable to find the original meaning of the word. Never the less, the historian proposes the term as a way to describe all people, no matter what they are,. Most people are skeptical, but some begin to adopt the new term.
600AR: So many people have begun using the new term, that it is formally adopted as an official universal term to describe everyone. Outdated terms, like human, fish people, animal people and mutants are still used in certain circles. But, the majority of people on the planet, now seeing themselves as one race, simply refer to themselves by the new term “Monsters”.
So, that’s my idea. Of course, when the movies come out, they may shoot it full of holes. But, in the mean time, what do you think?

Cartoon Saloon Theory addendum 2 Ossory
Cartoon Saloon recently released a short video for St. Patrick’s day explaining a bit more about the origins of the wolfwalkers. At first I was a bit concerned that this might throw a wrench into my cartoon saloon theory, but I think I may have found a way to reconcile things. Details after the break.
Okay, so in the video Cartoon Saloon ties the Wolkfwalkers to the people of the village of Ossory. A brief explanation about Ossory. Ossory was a small village in a certain part of Ireland. At this time St. Patrick was walking around Ireland spreading the word of Christ.
Many Irish tribes converted, But, one tribe fiercely resisted, the village of Ossory. As St. Patrick spoke, the people of Ossory began to mock and jeer him,. Then, they began to howl like wolves. The village’s symbol was the image of a wolf, you see.
St. Patrick was a patient man and continued to speak, but the howling grew louder and louder. Finally, even St. Patrick reached the end of his patience. Depending on who you ask, St. Patrick either cursed, or blessed the people of Ossory. From then on, they would walk as humans by day, but by night their spirits would leave their bodies and wander as wolves.
These people became the first wolfwalkers and the ancestors of Mehb and the other wolfwalkers of her day. Now that might scuttle my idea of Mehb being descended from Aisling. But, maybe not. What about this?
The legend says the wolfwalkers of Ossory would run with wolf packs, just as Mehb and her mother do. But, who’s to say that some of Aisling’s descendants, who could still become wolves, weren’t out in the woods, too. Perhaps Mehb has people from Ossory on one side of her family tree and one of Aisling’s descendants on the other side? That could make for one heck of a family reunion at some point, I can only wonder what Robyn might think.

Idea for a possible scene in Kid Cosmic Season two
The Local heroes are in the middle of dealing with some problem, when their rings get knocked off. Everybody scrambles to grab a ring, but they get the wrong ones and suddenly have powers they’re not used to.
Jo trying to use TK, but too stressed to focus.
An army of Tuna Sandwiches getting in each other’s way.
Papa G portal hopping all over the place.
Precognitive Rosa trying to warn everyone about what’s coming, but it’s all happening so fast and she can’t keep up.
And a 40-ft Kid, doing just fine. He’s the only one who’s used all the stones, before. True it wasn’t for long, but he had a handle on them.
Cue Kid guiding the others through the unfamiliar powers and, after a while, the whole thing just starts working and the problem gets settled. Jo awards Kid a medal, a real one, this time. Jo tells Kid that she may be the leader, but he’s definitely the coach.
