001. THE HUMAN & THE GUARDIAN ANGEL.      TW: DEPRESSION, SUICIDE MENTION //    They say it’s a   curse    for those who   choose   to take their own lives.    You might be able to   make it stop ,    but you’ve got to watch  someone else struggle to make it ,    you’ve got to guide them in to the   light    –––    the good kind of light ,   anyway.     You know ,    the goodness ,   happiness ,    joy ,    figure out a way to keep them going when you   couldn’t .     Spencer is just like her.     Quinn’s taken aback the first time she gazes down on her ,    the first time she witnesses the monstrosity that is the Hasting’s household.    She’s not sure how she’ll make it work ,    not sure how to save Spencer when she couldn’t even   save herself .     But she has to earn her wings somehow.

002. THE MORTAL AND THE IMMORTAL.     It’s the perfect set up.    The succubus and the right wing senator’s daughter ,    the poster girl for jesus.     Quinn Fabray would never kiss and tell   –––    and that’s exactly what Spencer needs to stay alive.     But low and behold :    Quinn Fabray is so much more than an average human.    Quinn Fabray was born to battle The Darkness herself. 

003. COUNTRY CLUB KID AND THE REBEL.     They’ve both been members as long as they can remember.    Quinn had always been a welcome break from Alison.    And Spencer had been someone who truly   understood   her.    But one summer ,    Quinn doesn’t show up.     Her family does but they   refuse   to even mention anything more than the fact that she’s ‘away at her aunt’s’ for the year ,    whatever that means.    Rehab ,    maybe ?     But when the next summer rolls around ,    Spencer can hardly recognize Quinn behind the bad pink dye job and the torn fishnets.    Then again ,    she can hardly keep her eyes off of her either. 

004. THE MENTOR AND THE ROOKIE.     Spencer just wants to feel    safe   again ,    now that she knows what’s out there ,    now that it’s killed off her friends.    And there’s    the blonde ,    the one who had no trouble taking the monsters down ,    who didn’t tremble at the blood dripping down their chins.    She’d   stopped them    so effortlessly ,   and the memory of her is the only thing that doesn’t keep Spencer up all night.     They can be stopped.     Before she knows it ,    she’s tracking the girl down   –––    The Slayer   –––    and making a grave demand :    Teach me. 

005. THE CELEBRITY AND THE INTERVIEWER.    It’s a stupid fucking job ,    and certainly not what Spencer had in mind when she said she wanted to go in to   journalism ,    but hey.    It’s money ,   and not having to depend on her parents.    It’s a fluff piece.     Interview pop star Quinn Fabray about whatever insufferable gossip’s going on about her now :    her exes ,   her squad ,   her current boy toy.     But half way through ,   and much to Quinn’s delight ,    Spencer turns the interview on it’s head in to something far more   serious ,    and Quinn’s interest peaks at this press newbie who actually thinks she can be something far more substantial. 

006. THE DRUMMER AND THE SINGER.     Spencer only signs up for glee club because her guidance counselor says diversifying her resume with something   artsy    would spice up her college applications.    Only problem ?    She can’t exactly sing. 

007. THE JOCK AND THE VALEDICTORIAN.    They’re both the jock and the valedictorians.    The power couple at the top of their class.    Quinn is head cheerleader ,    and Spencer a gymnastics super star.     It’s big time and the Olympics from here on out.

☆。.:*:・【 CRAVESFREEDOM 】;  A SHEEP IN WOLF’S CLOTHING. 

        Her eyes are drawn to Emma’s lips  &  she can’t help but mirror the smile, though solely for her own SINISTER insight  ;  Emma’s about to be ensnared in the thralls of a girl’s first high school love  &  she knows it’s all a LIE.   ❛   just wait until he’s had a few drinks  —  he goes from suave to TOTAL DUMBASS.   ❜ 

         there’s a pause, her attention shifting to Emma’s attire, something she forgot to acknowledge when the girl walked in.  she’s mildly amused  —  finding it drab, ill fitting to her slim form,  &  to her, a cry for HELP,   ❛   cute outfit.   ❜   

         the LIE comes just as easily as taking a breath,   ❛   but, you know, I think you’d fit into some of my clothes.  It’s getting kind of boring down here, let’s go upstairs and play DRESS UP.   ❜   auburn strands are tossed over her shoulder before she reaches for Emma’s hand, fingers entwining  &  tugging in a girlish way  ;  it comes unnaturally to her, but she’s learned to FAKE it with utmost perfection.

She’s   seen this scene   in the movies before.     It’s a move straight from the Regina Geoge playbook ,   the hesitance before a compliment   littered   with airy insincerity.     But then Nina   flips the script ,   takes her hand with that flawless smile ,    dragging her upstairs before Emma can fully process the suggestion. 

         ❝  I don’t know if that’s a good  –––  ❞ 

But they’re bounding down the hallway already ,   hand in hand ,    barreling with forced girlish laughter in to Nina’s room.

The room looked like something straight out of a trendy pottery barn catalouge ,    but    chic   in the way that only girls like Nina could be.    Emma watches on ,   nerves    biting    at her as Nina rummages through her closet.     She supposes that   MAYBE   Nina’s got a point ,    maybe Nina knows how to better impress Will without going    too    far.

        ❝  Nothing   too   –––  ❞ 

She should tread    carefully   with her words ,   doesn’t want to outright    insult    queen bee ,    now ,    does she ?     Emma bites a her lower lip.

       ❝ EDGY. ❞

〖 OOC. 〗     If you’re following me here ,    you likely have followed me from my old blog.    My navi and page links are still being installed and will be edited tomorrow but you can find my   RULES HERE !!    I’m really excited about this reboot.    I’ll post when everything’s done and give you tiny updates here and there.      For now ,   not all threads will be carried over but some will.     This isn’t an official plotting call ,    but   like this   if you’re interested in plotting again.

She’s glad to be    away    from it all.     The heavy base and the stench of tapped kegs and the sticky floor threatening to rip her shoes from her feet were    all too much    for her.     She’d much preferred movie nights with Audrey :    the smell of movie theater butter ,   the way Audrey’d turn up the volume on the creepy suspense music and back down on the actual    murder   scenes ,   comfy socks ,   a shoulder to lean on.      It’s safe to say that   parties    will never quite be her scene ,    no matter how much Will’s friends love to throw them.

Her attention shifts back the girl standing in the doorway.    She’s decided she  LIKES  Brooke.     More than   Nina ,    anyway.    Even if she’s not a saint ,    she’s decidedly no devil.    Not to Emma ,    in any case.

         ❝ Can you be   completely    honest ? ❞

It’s a sudden question ,    but it’s   important   to her all of a sudden.     Like she’s clinging to a life jacket before boarding a boat.       SHE NEEDS TO KNOW FOR SURE,     needs to silent the nagging voice in her head that keeps telling her something’s amiss.

         ❝ Nina.    Can I   trust   her ? ❞

Hunting doesn’t   suit   him.    〖 MAYBE IT NEVER DID.     MAYBE IN SOME PAST LIFE HE DOESN’T REMEMBER HE’D BEGGED DEAN TO TEACH HIM ,    TO TRAIN HIM TO   KILL . 〗    He’s too empathetic   –––    too   pathetic   really ,   can’t really get a handle on anticipating how a gun   bites back ,   still jumpy from the way the shot still rings in his ear.

Ben wants to go home.    Still uneasy knowing his mother’s home alone ,     defenseless against what’s   out there .     But something in him doesn’t sit quite right with the thought of Krissy looking for    this Dean guy    on her own.

           ❝ He left me ‘n my mom alone to   die ,   Krissy.     Maybe he doesn’t    deserve    to be looked for. ❞
