A thing I heard is that the single worst thing you can do to help mental productivity is to sit down, you'll have to take this with a grain of salt because I am unable to site where I heard this but like
Sitting down makes your body go from "I'm feeling productive" to "I'm now resting" (citation needed), so if you have a desk high enough you might try working while standing up instead
It has been so freaking frustrating for me lately cuz I’m INSPIRED I’m so inspired to draw things to write things to do thing but when I sit down to do it suddenly I have NO energy or motivation to do anything!!! Like come on!!! I WANT to write and draw stuff for my original stories and I want to draw silly ideas and stuff from my aus but I can’t actually bring myself to do anything that I want to do! This freaking SUCKS
