Soooooo I just spent the last 48 hours having a BREATHTAKING GALAXY BRAIN EPIPHANY about Good Omens Season 2 and feverishly writing a fuckin16,000 word essay about the incredible magic trick that @neil-gaiman pulled off. 

Yes, it’s long, but I PROMISE your brains will explode. Do you want to know how magic works? Do you want to know what Metatron’s deal is (I’m like 99% sure of this and it’s EXTREMELY FUCKING GOOD)? Do you want to know about the Mystery of the Vanishing Eccles Cakes and the big fat beautiful clue I found in the opening credits? Why do people like the darkling so much?

So i just finished reading shadow and bone. And i dont understand why people love the darkling so much. I liked him in the beginning when he was

**spoiler** acting like he was a nice person and in love with alina but after we see who he really is i started to hate him. He is so terrible towards alina and people still ship them? Their relationship is so toxic though. He sees alina as something he can take advantage of, not as a person. And he kisses her before telling her he is going to kill mal (or after im not sure). Yeah i understand the appeal of certain villains but i just really hate this guy so far.

I dont know what happens in the next books but im pretty sure things dont change. Anyone care to enlighten me on this topic? No spoilers please.

I just finished, and have A LOT of thoughts/feelings.

So much happened (maybe too much), I felt like i was on an exhausting ride, that started on page one, and paused for a break on page 404.

And im in love with all the characters. I can't even pick a favorite. Every chapter makes me fall in love with each of them even more. Kaz? An actual sweetheart who tries to ignore it. Inej? A fucking badass, the glue that holds everyone together. Jesper? Seems like the dumb funny guy but has a lot more depth than that. Wylan? Actual loml, innocent cinnamon roll trying to hang with the cool cats but also hella smart. Nina? The strongest person ever, but also FOOD. Matthias? Seems like a dick but actually cares more than you can imagine. JUST AGHH. I LOVE EVERYONE.
