Rough breakdown animation I tried to do today. To be honest I'm really excited about trying to get good at this. Knowing the process and the thinking that goes through other great animator's work. Thoroughly reading Richard William's "the animators survival kit" on the side too! Been trying on new techniques and methods other than sticking with the somewhat "mundane" digital feel. Here's something I've been working on: A Scene piece of a revamped "Jack and the Beanstalk". Done digitally and separated into 4 layers which were then stacked into 25 x 35 cm pieces of glass. Really had fun with this one! Hey guys! That's my submission for this month's #CDChallenge #kabukiwarrior I've been away for such a long time and I've had time to reflect on my artwork, my mindset, and my approach. This piece took me almost 5 days. More than any drawing I ever did. Tried to focus on alot of weeknesses in my draftsmanship and design. Hopefully I get to keep up that pace.
