🍊🍏🍎😊☺👳Pak Kamsud & Remaja Tato Kodok Pak Kamsud (bukan tukang sate) didatangi oleh seorang pemuda yg hendak melamar putrinya, lalu Pak Kamsud pun bertanya kepada pemuda itu; "Usia anda berapa, dik?" "30 pak" "Pendidikan terakhir?" "SMA pak" "Trus gak lanjut kuliah?" "Setelah itu saya belajar sendiri pak, otodidak, ijazah itu tak penting" "Ooh, bagus itu" "Oiya, dalam Al-Qur'an itu terdapat berapa surat ya?" "Mmm.. Aduh, berapa ya, lupa saya pak" (sambil garuk2 kepala) "Kalo adzan subuh hari ini jam berapa ingat gak?" "Eeee... Aduuh, saya tadi langsung shalat saja pak, gak sempat lihat jam" (garuk2nya tambah kenceng) "Ya udah, minum aja kopinya dulu, nanti keburu dingin" "Terimakasih pak" "Ngopi itu kurang afdhol kalo gak sambil ngerokok, nih rokoknya" (sambil ngeluarin sam soe dari kantong baju) "Waah, terimakasih. Bapak rokoknya samsoe juga ya, koq selera kita sama?" (sok dekat plus cari muka) "Kalo bapak sih gak ngerokok, ini cuman buat pengen tahu aja, kamu perokok apa bukan" "(Glek. Bapak jangan menilai saya dari penampilan luar dong, meskipun begini, saya sudah mandiri, punya rumah, punya kendaraan, punya karyawan, punya kerjaan, dan bisa membahagiakan anak bapak. Yang penting kerjanya pak, bukan casingnya" (hampir putus asa) "Dik, ingat2 pesat Buya Hamka; 'Kalau hidup sekedar hidup, babi di hutan juga hidup. Kalau kerja sekedar kerja, kera. di hutan juga kerja.' Bapak ini ingin menantu bapak kelak adalah le laki yg dapat menyelamatkan kelua rganya dari siksa akhirat😚☺😍

Secara akuntansi, bisa jadi metode valuasi yang hanya memperhitungkan ekuitas diluar kepentingan non pengendali keliru, karena kepentingan non pengendali itu jelas ditulis sebagai bagian dari ekuitas. However, untuk alasan konservatif, maka penulis sendiri mulai saat ini hanya mengambil ekuitas diluar kepentingan non pengendali, dalam menghitung PBV sebuah saham.
Yang digunakan dalam penghitungan PBV seharusnya adalah ->
Ekuitas yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk!
Begitupun dengan Laba bersih (Net Income), nilai yang digunakan dari Laporan Keuangan adalah -> Laba yg diatribusikan kepada : Pemilik entitas induk!

I just watched one of video clip from TEDx San Antonio presented by Benny Lewis. In the introduction, he told the audience that he have tried everything he can do to study foreign language which is Spanish in the example. He took a course, read many books, novel, buy a software and many things in order to master the language. Everything he did was never works! Until he realize that to learn new language you just need to START using the language, instead of STUDY the language.
Forget about grammar (at least for the first time), forget about words or sentences. Just say anything you know to communicate with the others. Human being are interacting every time, so you can try to start a talk or communicate with foreign.
There are several tips from him to START using the the language. First, you can associate some word with anything you remembered. Secondly, Forget about grammar. This is not a language, this is a rule about language. It will not gonna work if you start to communicate with grammar. Just tell anything you could to say, even if you made a 100 mistakes for the first time. Thirdly, go public about it. You can tell everyone that you want to start using English. You can start using facebook or path to start to write down something in English. Lastly, do not feel frustrating. Most people will understand your language even if you say it badly or with broken language. They know that you are not the native speaker, even more they will encourage you because you trying to learn theirs language. There're no wrong on doing that, people will always understand this.
In spite of this quote "The world will end if they're try to speak in new language", he encourage us with a good quote "The whole new world will begin if you try to speak in new language"

1st Day
Today is my first day study in Leiden University. My master degree program is ICT (Information Communication and Technology) in Business. The schedule for today is Introduction ICT in Business program which is presented by Dr. H (Hans) Le Fever. He is the director of ICT in Business Program.
He was presenting detail information about ICT in Business ; who is the lecturers, how they teach us, what subject do we will learn, etc. From his explanation, it seems that the program will very tough because it will spend 40 hours a week and there are more than 10 courses that should be done in a year. Although in the second year there are only a few courses, but I have to do a research project for half last year.
I hope I can complete all courses and finish the study in the next 2 years or less.
Anyway, I will hardly try to write in this mini-blog everyday for minimum 30 minutes in order to improve my writing skill in English. I know there will be many mistakes, but I have to do it!!

Sync to Cloud
During my stay in Leiden, I will upload all documents, photos, videos and any digital docs into Could storage system. For instance, I will use dropbox to save all my documents related do Study and all pictures.
I hope I can keep all my precious documents so whenever I comeback to Indonesia or something shit happen here, I stil have backups of my documents.
