Run the other way if you happen to encounter Noah Stengel (NOT a licensed Realtor) and/or Jonathan Castellar Jr. At the moment they’re operating out of 379 Grandview Ave. Waterbury, CT. Noah Stengel is a well known con artist and a slumlord who rips people off (tenants and landlords), then funnels stolen funds through LLCs and different names. Noah's LLC's are all listed as 379 Grandview Ave. in Watebury and a residential address of 120 Blue Ridge in Waterbury, CT (very secluded Jewish community).

Noah and his minions simply create/dissolve a new LLC once they've been exposed..They trick people into renting units that are in deplorable conditions and without landlord’s consent, while promising that everything will be repaired/renovated before your move in date and that heat and hot water are included (not the case). They will take your money then later, they will say that they are no longer “property management “ for said property/rental. Almost anything you see in their advertising is pure BS....according to landlords and current and former tenants in Waterbury and Naugatuck, Noah Stengel’s LLC takes their rent money but doesn’t forward it to landlord and/or property management company. The properties he does own are also in deplorable conditions. Naugatuck Building Inspector Bill Hertzman is also familiar with Noah’s methods of operating. According to Brooklyn Management LLC (Lenny Pozner), Noah’s NS Holdings LLC (now dissolved) billed him for repairs that were never performed. Noah Stengel also likes to bully tenants into silence and submission. If/when they refuse, he has people break into their apartment through windows (police report filed ). He hires unlicensed/unqualified/ininsured “workers” who will do more damage than good ( his “roofers” got arrested in Naugatuck - news article available). The list goes on.

Do not believe 1 word they say and if you dare to do business with them, be sure to consult with a knowledgeable Real Estate attorney before you give them any sort of money.

Noah Stengel does own 1270 Baldwin St. Waterbury and others.......1270 Baldwin St. is not even a real address, it's 1268 Baldwin St. on paper, 1270 is no existent. He sold it to himself /NS Luxury Apts LLC 12/22/20 as a 'Quick Sale' (real estate move to avoid foreclosure).

P.S. Noah Stengel is as racist as they come, has no respect for women and/or any hesitation about depriving children of quality of life.
