why you should watch special (2019) on netflix

- the main character is a gay man with cerebral palsy

- he becomes friends with a fat brown woman who he works with (she’s not treated as a sassy side character, she’s important)

- it shows healthy sexual relationships between gay men

- there’s no stigma about sex workers

- there are polyam characters (no spoilers as to who)

- the main character works for a website called eggwoke

- it’s just really good guys

- netflix isn’t promoting it at all. you literally have to look for it.
