You know the thing where, if you get a medical scan and the results are basically normally, the radiologist doesn't SAY 'normal'? Instead, they say that (insert body part here) is 'unremarkable'?

You know how that leads to some inadvertently very funny and vaguely insulting radiologist reports?

Anyway, I am now thinking of a situation where Q is concussed (maybe it was a thwarted abduction, maybe it was an accident in the labs, I don't know) and he gets an MRI to check for hemorrhages or skull fracture or brain swelling or whatever.

And the person doing the scan announces that Q's brain is 'unremarkable'.

And Q (still loopy from the bonk on the head) does not remember that this is just a medical way of saying 'everything looks OK' and he's HUGELY offended.

How very dare. UNREMARKABLE? His brain is VERY remarkable. He'll have you know that it has been remarked on by MANY people. It is a very good and remarkable brain! Bond. Bond, tell them. Tell them my brain is remarkable. Remark on my brain.
