wake tournament was a total joke
we went against all these terrible teams
In rounds 5 and 6 (last two rounds), they did power pairing so the strong teams go against the strong ones (so, 3-1 vs 3-1, 2-2 vs 2-2) and we KNOW we won both those rounds. But THOSE TWO TEAMS ADVANCED?
also it's really sad that we got second highest speaks out of the eight teams that went from our school and that was 55TH PLACE (roughly 110 teams) LIKE WTF there are people on our team that are so much better argh.
I think people just got screwed over by the judges
on the other hand we got to hang out with cool kids and met some new people. Also we did pretty well. Maybe not speaking style wise but we destroyed with arguments.

Also I think I've gotten over my boy-crazy phase (thank god for that) which was basically 2nd grade through 10th grade /war flashbacks
So far so good, haven't had to pull all-nighters (cough Christinaaaaaaa cough), haven't drifted off in class (love you Volpe), and there isn't THAT much homework.
except I'm probably just more productive because we don't have wifi yet LOL we'll see how that changes tomorrow

I love school and seeing all my friends it's the best
also my teachers are great. I think the only classes that I wasn't completely looking forward to the next day are gym and physics.
although I suck at Spanish, DiBacco seems cool. (he speaks English and all three Romance languages).
