With a quick lash of his tail, Firebrand hopped down from his perch in front of this beast-thing.

He took a step forward, intrigued before trying to seize it by the horn to get a better look, gloves still on. It was too hot. He looked like Firebrand, but something was off about this one... the same way his own mother is "off". It's strange.

Curious... you look like my nephet!

(a huge, skeletal beast with an inky substance around it trudges through the firey domain. How it got here? Not even it knows… but it doesn’t care for that. It seems careful not to end up in any lava that littered the place.)

(…. Hey… it looks.. familiar.. doesn’t it?)

Flying above, Firebrand took careful note of this strange creature, banking in between volcanic vents to stay relatively hidden as he simply watched with his lone eye.

The domain was smoky and smelled overwhelmingly of sulfur... but unlike a "normal" Firebrand this domain was full of skeletons.

A vent erupts near the beast, burning it.

What kind of mockery is this thing...? And why does it kind of look like Banhammer?

Its not surprising the beast wasn't used to this smell. There's something more to this place... more than he's used to. White fire was burning at the top of a mountain. Magnesium.

Firebrand squinted in distrust, crawling like some sort of beast over a vent and let it erupt around her body. She didn't flinch an inch even if she was seen from the light of the lava...

Hello, simply-windy! It's not a trouble at all to answer this question, thank you for asking!

I make... most decisions for Crossroads! I have trusted advisors that I pay handsomely and I have polls bi-monthy I put out to ensure my citizen's happiness! Every decision I make goes through my advisors and a handful of random citizens to hear the commoner perspective on things I wish to implement. Some call be soft for this, but I do not care!

Ruling as a king is hard work, but I love doing it! I'm so happy I'm retiring for the next 100 years soon, though!
