Lucas “Mad” Patrick - inkfected - Protection Verse

He breaks the surface, arms flailing, lungs spasming. His fingers scrabble at something solid, and he strains to drag himself from the ink. His arms are straining, his body shivering. He needs to cough but if he does, then that thing willl take him over like it did everyone else. So fuck air. Who the fuck needs it. His eyes are pure black as he pulls himself onto the untainted wood dropping to the ground and unable to fight it any more.

He coughs, hacks, feeling something liquid pass over his lpis. The ink splatters on to the floor and as he looks at it with jet black eyes the spasm of his lungs morphs, and he starts to laugh. Empty, hollow, maybe a little mad. He survived! He’s alive! But at his core, he can feel something has changed.

He may not have become one of those monsters, but he’s bested them. As he shakily gets to his feet, he turns and flips off the ink puddle he just climbed out of. Before he finds his way out, he has just one thing to say.

“Fuck you Bendy.”
