Lately, I've been sleeping really late. It suddenly became a habit that I forgot sleeping early again. I just keep on scrolling on my phone then will regret it as soon as I woke up but still do it later that night.

Expressing my hidden feelings through art. It is a picture of how I were before and how I am right now. I've been in a pit of deep sadness and gladly I made it up to this healing process. Hoping for way better improvement soon.

My first ever Art Journal. I've been wanting to make one but just got inspired of doing it today. In the midst of pandemic I hope we all still find real happiness in our lives. Let's keep in mind our dreams we've been chasing and take this as an opportunity to at least make baby steps towards achieving it. Practice the art of self-love for it will help you grow and glow at the same time. Also, always keep safe!
