Something I've noticed is that I see you and other trans artists supporting each other here on Tumblr, and I find that very admirable. There's at least 4 or 5 people in the community I could name off the top of my head, and part of the reason for that is because of your support for those people. I think it's great how obvious it is that you stick together in your community, and I just wanted to let you know that someone recognized that <3

A lot of us are friends behind the scenes! The trans community is full of absolute sweethearts and deserve to have their stories be heard so everyone tries their best to prop each other up when possible.

Came out of my breast appointment after having my boobs smashed like the potato and I had just buckled into my seat in the car when I saw the littlest babiest puppy and my wife was like “go on” and I was frantically scrambling out of the car calling to the man, “Please my day has been hard, can I pet your puppy?”

And the man went, “It’s not my puppy, but sure.”

I was like sir you’re holding the leash I don’t care if this puppy isn’t yours I just need to touch her and he let me and her name was Venus and when I walked away after loving on her she desperately tried to follow me which was very cute.

Day improved. Touched a puppy.

Feeling more and more insane as I get to talking fruit with my coworkers. My manager goes, “Name a blue fruit.”

The other three of us immediately said, “Blueberries.”

He scoffed and said, “Those are purple, they’re only blue on the inside.” I fought briefly about how they’re definitely blue and I won because I have an art degree.

At which point I reared back and went, “What? Blueberries are green inside.”

The other three stared at me.

I was like, “Am I going crazy? They’re green guys.”

Three sets of eyes continued to stare at me.

I pulled up google images and held up my phone. “They’re. They’re green. They’ve always been green.”

One pointed to a single image of a purple inside one, “That one is blue…”

“There’s something wrong with that one! They’re making a comparison, but healthy blueberries are green inside!”

They all mulled this over, looking like their entire worldview just shifted. I kept scrolling blueberries to continue to reassure myself that they’re green. They are.
