Amber Heard didn't file for a TRO until AFTER a judge denied her request for emergency spousal support and Johnny Depp refused to agree to her extortion demands including three penthouses, a range rover, and 50k a month.

Her "bruise" the morning she filed had magically disappeared come that afternoon as she celebrated with her friend and fellow leech with a bottle of wine.

Her request for a restraining order was later denied with prejudice because she was unable to provide sufficient evidence proving that one was necessary.

Johnny Depp attempted to negotiate for a mutual restraining order and she refused.

Amber Heard was NEVER a victim.

Letting her hit him does not imply consent, if anything, she's breaking him physically and mentally and he couldn't fight back. He was so down and he lost his spirit.

So why did Depp lose the libel case? How could he have lost? The judgment appears to have been rather one-sided, based almost solely on Heard’s own testimony and disregarding all proof that says otherwise. Of course, everyone can believe that Depp, a prominent and “powerful” man, was the abuser, but Heard? A beautiful woman? That can’t be.

Assuming that a woman cannot be abusive is as dangerous as assuming that a woman is lying, and both are steps in the opposite direction of achieving justice. Concerning Depp’s heavily publicized case, many people seem to think that his loss is a win for the women, a sign of society’s progressiveness, or a step forward for feminism. However, in reality, it’s the opposite. This is a case of when the feminist slogan, “believe women”, has been twisted to become “believe all women,” which is where we enter the risky territory of gender bias. This slight manipulation of wording makes all the difference and undermines the very values of feminist efforts, which strive for equality between all genders. Blindly believing Heard when so much counter-evidence is present is not feminism. Supporting Heard because she is a woman and so “she must not be guilty” is not feminism. Depp’s battle in the courts is a message to the world that anyone can be a victim of abuse and that anyone can be capable of abuse, regardless of their gender.

Not sure what anyone is trying to say. Neurotypical means that AH is a normally developed person. Which she isn’t. She’s neurodiversive. There is something wrong with her. And I’ve never heard Depp was dyslexic, that would mean he has trouble reading, letters and numbers are jumbled. He does appear to have an astigmatism, which is why he sees less out of one eye. Could contribute to problems with depth perception.
