The Cotton’s Fairy

I love so much play with this kind of things. I like imagine a fairy of cotton in a Tom Sawyer’s style flying on a cotton field in summer. (this artwork is present in my artbook, for any info contact me on my mail ra.ro81@libero.it)

i woke up and chose angst so here you go:

don’t get me wrong, i understand the hype™ for terrified tinies, but can we focus on terrified giants for a minute?

because since giants are obviously bigger, the way we can see on their facial expressions, as well as breathing and body shaking is more felt, seen and heard.

you can look at their eyes and see how terrified they look like, have a better listen of their shaky breaths, have a more intense sensation of their whole body shaking as it trembles the ground.

and i think giants have a *lot* of valid reasons to be terrified:

first of all, the fear of being seen and the terror that fills them when that finally happens and their identity is no longer a secret;

no matter how big a giant is, as long as if they are sleeping, it would be pretty easy for a human to blind them;

which leads us to a whole other reason of fear: the fear of not seeing as well as possible harming the humans around them.
