Buy Mode 4t3 conversions - Commission for @sushiikinsss

Three buy mode items: a stereo from Casanova Cave Kit, a camera from Island Living (WA required) and a string of polaroids that work as a wall light.

Polaroids are overlay only, other items are recolorable. They're also a little above average at the poly count at the 1.5k, but it's nothing to worry about.

These are some of my favorite walls, and since I am currently playing TS3 I decided to convert them.

They have 2 color channels, and a custom normal map. I made two color options, one being the one pictured above.

Hey!!!! Is it possible to have an updated reshade tutorial!

Seems me and a couple others are having problems where the effects failed to compile ❤️

Hello,

This isn't really a fix that needs a whole new tutorial.

All you need to do is locate whichever FX failed to compile on the creator's Github and replace it over the old file.

For example, if Wave-Fx fails to compile, simply google "Wave-Fx Github" or "Wave-FX Github Reshade" (something along those lines), click on the original creators Github page, download the new Wave-FX:

Finally, just drag and replace it in your Reshade-shaders/Shaders folder (in your install directory) over the old Wave-FX.

That's it!

Hi Madi, how often do you delete cc you no longer use?

Tbh, not as much as I should. Sometimes, CC Magic doesn't show icons for the CC I download so I have no idea what I'm deleting. If I have a CC that I dislike, I'll go out of my way to remove it using my tutorial.

Hi Madi! I was wondering if you would ever make a tutorial for dxvk and reshade? I've heard it helps increase the ram used by the game or something and ive seen people post about using both. It's fine if not just curious cause you make really great tutorials and explain everything very well <3

Hi! Did you find when increasing sim texture in graphicsrules.sgr your game taking longer to save? Besides the sims taking longer to render (makes sense) I also noticed my game takes ages to save. Like 5-10+ minutes. Sometimes it will crash while saving because the game runs out of memory before it can finish. If I change it back to the default it goes back to saving in only a few seconds again so I know it's related. A bummer though because I do really notice the texture difference.

Yes, if you mess with those values in the .sgr files to get the "HD textures", it will cause longer saves as the textures are enlarged. Unfortunately, I was having crashing issues when I set those higher values in the .sgr file, so I ended up going back to the default values.

4t3 Facial Burn Scars

ৡ When I converted the body burn scars, there were a few variations of facial burn scars. So I went ahead and converted those variations as well for @sushiikinsss and myself as well💕. Of course, would also be useful for storyteller simmers or for creative backstories for unique Sims.

Will appear different in your games due to CAS lighting mods and G shade/Reshade presets. Similar to the body versions, different colorways and hue shaders can create a healed or fresher look. Additionally, made a Blush category package to have option to play with opacity.

Side by side comparisons, taking from quick study of burn scars on Google. My black sim model I went with a healed scar looks, while my East Asian sim model I went with a moderately fresher scar looks. Used the photos on the right for thumbnail pictures to be seen easier in CAS.

Happy 16th birthday to the Sims 3!! Here's yet another mod 😊 This is a simple mod that fixes sims washing dishes in bathroom sinks, makes it so you can stack plates and bowls together, and sims will wash their hands before preparing food now!
