Speaking from the heart has never come as easily to me as doing from the heart. I can give a thai massage with sensitivity and really listen with my hands and body to feel what’s under the skin. Now, teaching other people how to do that is a different story. I am so fortunate to have had acroyoga teachers and mentors who are really beyond amazing and have set the bar high for what it means to be an acroyoga teacher. For the past 8 years I’ve been striving for that level of competency and embodiment of what i love about acroyoga. With @justincaruso here being my mentor at this immersion, i feel like i’m stepping up into the shoes of the teachers of mine who i’ve admired for many years.
