January 2023 vs Now — same mirror, same room, but clearly not the same body.

I’ve looked at these two photos side by side more times than I’ll admit… and every time, I notice something new. The way my belly now hangs heavier over my waistband, how my chest has softened and thickened, how even my arms and face have filled out.

My stance looks more relaxed, more grounded. The fit of the jeans tells a whole story of its own — the stretch, the shift, how much more space I take up now.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget how far the gain has come until it’s laid out in front of you like this.
