Hello! My name is Hai Hung Dinh, but people just call me Henry. I’m an emerging actor of Vietnamese descent based in Warsaw, Poland. This year I was lucky enough to be offered a place at one of the leading drama schools in England, Drama Studio London, which is literally a dream come true to me. But in order to be able to live it out, I will need your support.

I come from a Vietnamese lower middle-class family, who emigrated in the 1980s and 1990s to Europe in search of a better life. I have been passionate about acting and performance since I was a little kid. I enjoyed performing in school productions, participating in singing competitions and in high school I was a prominent member of my school’s drama group. Upon completion of my secondary education in 2010 I wanted to pursue my passions and go on to study acting at a drama school. However, because of my poor mental health and struggles with depression at that time, I had to put my dream on hold indefinitely. Though I didn’t go to a drama school, throughout the years I was heavily engaged in amateur theatre and even had some film work (see my IMDB profile below). It was during that period that I grew more and more confident that acting is something I‘d always loved and wanted to pursue. So in late 2020, some 10 years after my graduation from high school, I decided to revive the dream I once had and applied to drama schools.
