Melony is my magma opus! My OG OC! And the main character in my Webcomic (Chosen by Floods)!

Melony is a 23 year old bounty hunter who currently lives in the small town of Heka. One of her favorite hobbies is to spare and fight. She insists on fixing her clothes herself, although she is not handy and cannot sew to save her life. As much as she tries to appear cold and calm, she is impulsive and spontaneous. Her friends are the most important thing in her world, which often leads her to self-sabatosh in many situations.

Melony has the ability (although she believes it to be a curse) to move and control water (well, she hasn’t really learned the control part yet) When this curse first showed up her right eye white turned black and both of her pupils became slit-like. When this ‘curse’ activates her arm(s) will become like the tentacles and her ears will turn into the fin of a colossal squid, the whites of both of her eyes will also become black and her pupils will blow up.

So I was making a birthday gift for my sister (who is a really big reader, like, it’s really impressive) and it’s going to be a costume book cover. However, I started with the back and accidentally painted it on backwards AND upside down.

Sigh

At least I didn’t put the front on wrong…
