Six more days.
That wasn't too bad, considering the last time he shopped for Christmas presents was only 23 hours before the mall closed for the holiday. Donghae felt like giving himself a pat on the back. He had done well this time.
He stepped through the doors of one of his favorite vintage stores at East Jaegye Mall, dressed in his usual casual attire--jeans, a jacket (it was winter, c'mon), a scarf, and a fedora. Sunglasses were optional, but what idiot would be wearing a pair of shades when the sun refused to beam bright enough for anyone to actually need them?
"Hmm." The store was packed with newly-released styles lining the racks. Picking out clothes for himself was easy. Picking out clothes for his friends was hard. Picking out clothes for female friends was three times more difficult. "Like I'd know what Yuri would wear..."
His words trailed off as his eyes landed on a female a few racks in front of the one he was standing by. She looked familiar, then again she didn't. A feeling of deja vu swept over him as he remembered the time a lady had stolen his wallet before he had hired himself a bodyguard, and for some odd reason she seemed to share an uncanny resemblance with her. Good thing it only contained his credit cards and some petty cash. Any important identification cards and he would have been screwed. Eyes narrowed, and he took several steps towards her until he stood in her way, keeping himself as composed as he possibly could.
"Give me my wallet." It came off a bit more bluntly then he had intended, but anyone who robbed would have been seething by now. To compensate for his straightforwardness, he forced on a smile, although he knew it probably wouldn't do very much.
