I had an idea while me and hubs were building our garden boxes a few weeks ago- the leftover wood happened to break up into what looked like mountains. I've been wanting to try painting a watercolor sunset and I remembered how gorgeous the sunsets were over the mountains in California so I did a little painting (ok, a lot of painting because I couldn't get the watercolors as vivid as I wanted and the dark kept bleeding everywhere on the lighter colors) but I finally got something that resembled a sunset. Added some ✨ (my favorite part!!) and attached the mountains. I am LOVING the mixed media texture, and 3D effect. I keep singing "the mountains are his, the valleys are his, the stars are His handiwork too", so the debate in my mind is, leave it alone? Or letter the song lyrics onto it???? 👇🏻Vote below! I had some much desired time to do a #biblejournaling entry this weekend! It was fun to work with some different mediums I'm still getting familiar with, and spending so much time working on this verse, I memorized it.
