I’ve had a few enquiries about “no needles lip filler” and want to make it clear that we do not offer this treatment for several reasons: 1) this “new technology” has been utilised by farmers for vaccinating cattle for at least 20 years 2) there is a cross infection risk as the device can not be sterilised 3) the risk of causing an occlusion is still present as the depth and speed that filler is shot into your face cannot be controlled 4) severe bruising after treatment appears to be commonplace 5) It’s just as painful - because the filler is shot through the skin at high speed using pressurised air, making a hole in exactly the same fashion as a needle 6) there is less precision 7) I cannot aspirate to minimise risks of occlusion 8.)
