TEAR TROUGH - the before picture is from two years ago, right before the first time trying tear trough filler. The after picture is after a total of 3 sessions of tear trough filler during these two years. It’s common to have to dissolve old filler before you refill, but in this case we did not detect any migrated or misplaced filler. Since we also know all filler has been placed deep (all of the sessions for under eye filler have been performed at our clinic), we don’t have to worry about any unpleasant surprises.
