As some of you may know, it’s been decided to close the rp. It’s been a lot of fun but lately it’s been extremely difficult to keep up with everything here and in real life. I enjoyed each and every moment I’ve had here and loved that y’all were so involved and seemed to enjoy it here too. I won’t be deleting the main and hopefully in a few months the rp will reopen (albeit tweaked a little). Feel free to keep rping with the characters you’ve created but the main will no longer be accepting new characters nor will it be updating.  I hope that we run into each other in the future.

We just went through and cleaned up our taken characters and she is not but we are currently on a female ban until our numbers even out a little bit better. However, should you envision a character where Alycia is non-binary, then that would be fine.

could I possibly get fc suggestions for the Scamander twins or a Creevey child?

For the Scamander twins I could see: Avan Jogia, Zayn Malik, Diego Boneta, Bob Morley, or Darren Criss

For a Creevey child I could see: Bill Skarsgard, Luke Newberry, Lucas Till, Olly Alexander, Booboo Stewart or Cameron Boyce.

I think either would make a good Lily, although I am definitely biased towards Abbey Cowen as I am currently obsessed with CAOS at the moment.

With the first snow of the season comes the annual Hogsmeade Winter Festival. While Hogsmeade is typically festive this time of year, nothing is like when it’s done up for the holidays. Along with the typical shops and restaurants, there’s also a Winter Carnival, and an ice skating rink.  As a special treat to students old and new, Headmistress Mcgonagall is allowing each and every student down for an extended visit. Things have been going so well... there can’t possibly be trouble lurking ahead... can there?

This event will be held from THURSDAY NOVEMBER 15TH to WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 21ST (with a plot drop happening when the event finishes). Feel free to have threads about whatever aspect of winter you wish.

You can have both event and non-event threads during this time, although I recommend pausing non-event threads until after the event is over just to keep everything simple.

if we'd like our character to be a champion do we have to write that down somewhere or will they just be chosen randomly?

So for the champion choosing it will be an event with a task attached in order for your character to be entered. When the time comes more information will be given.
