what are these invisible strings when i have nothing to offer but darkness? in this quiet i am pierced by a dangerous call: the magnificent recoiling from everything that is life, a quick and silent disengaging. in these moments i make precious the cradling of my own gravity. i move and strain towards my anchors in the new mercy of every morning.
