how will the shaggy one eyed garron help save the world?
He already did his part!
Without him, the alliance between Jon and Tormund would never have come to pass. Furthermore, it's improbable Jon will survive and play his part in taking back Winterfell to set the stage for Bran's solution to the ice zombie issue without Tormund's interference.
This horse is so important. ❤️

I know I’ve made this post before but I’m listening to a documentary series on reproductive healthcare and I CANNOT STAND the ‘your body knows what to do!’ rhetoric about birth that is shoveled at pregnant people. I think it is meant to be empowering and reassuring but that is such a dangerous thing to be telling pregnant people. You see first time parents extremely upset their birth plan failed and they had to go to the hospital because they expected their body to know what to do and feel like a failure because they started struggling. If the human body always knew what to do, pregnancy and birth complications wouldn’t be one of the leading causes of death throughout history. You can be the healthiest person alive and have the best medical care surrounding you and still have a medically traumatic birth because literally anything can go wrong at anytime for any reason.

So the ship girl is related to the Hightowers who have their own fleet and live in the south west coast where you'd presumably sail to the west of Westeros 🥹

Ratu celebrated her 5th birthday and demonstrated just how fast Komodo dragons can eat. The largest living lizard has been seen consuming 5.5 pounds of meat in one minute. How do you snack up? Full video here.

So if the current Starks are related to Aemond through Tullys and Whents then does this mean Greens will win in the long run when Bran becomes king?
Tumblr media
If you ask me, no. Going by this logic, the Benedict Royce/Jocelyn Stark-descended Waynwoods, Templetons, Corbrays would win (even more than any theoretical descendants Aemond might have had; and it’s a serious stretch that the current Starks are descended from him) as they’re a lot more closely related to the Starks than the Greens would be (sharing a common ancestor from ~90 years ago rather than ~170). This would apparently include Lyn Corbray, who is a minor villain in Sansa’s arc as a hired sword of Littlefinger’s. No, the real “victory” for the Royces and Waynwoods is not getting vicarious enjoyment of distant cousins ruling Westeros, but the current generation of Lord Yohn, Lady Anya, their families, and the rest of the Lords Declarant ousting LF and being instrumental in ridding the North of Bolton tyranny (as the knights of the Vale were necessary for the Starks to retake Winterfell in the show; and the armies of the Vale being ready to fight but held back has been a plot point since book 1). It’s not about what their ancestors did, but about what the characters choose to do in the present to bring stability back to the Kingdoms. The Stark kids don’t know about any potential Targ descent, and barring Jon it wouldn’t matter. They are, as they remind us in their thoughts, truly Stark and take strength from this; Bran and Sansa’s ascensions are first and foremost Stark victories due to their actions. The Greens have nothing to do with it.

Are we living in different dimensions? Are there large parts of the tech media that have gas leaks in their offices? ... Some of you are going to say I'm being rude to these people and it weakens my analysis, to which I respond "kiss my entire ass."
