Do they tend to listen to their limits, or do they push themselves?

How much pain can they deal with before it gets to be too much?

What caused their pain? Illness, injury? Do they know what caused it?

Do the people around them tend to understand / sympathize with their pain, or brush them off?

"The twins are on a school trip for the next five days. Maya is sad about it because its the first time her kids are so far away from her for such a long time. Its breaking her mommy heart."

Nate listened but said nothing. Instead he stood up and went upstairs.

When he came back he gave Emrys an envelope.

"Maya?" Nathan asked. "She loves the kids ans she could need that time with them."

"So. My sister said it would have been better if she had taken me when I was a teenager." Emrys dropped onto the couch next to Nate. "I don't think she meant it maliciously but I do have to call my sponsor now, so there's that. How was your day?"

Nate listened but said nothing. Instead he stood up and went upstairs.

“That chair just moved… oh my god, that chair just moved!”

“He’s right there. Can’t you see him? He’s right behind you.”

“Don’t worry, it was just some old story. I’m sure it’s not real.”

“And they say on a night like tonight, you can still hear her singing…”

“No one else is supposed to be here tonight… so, why am I hearing crying?”

“Haha, that was really funny, knocking on the walls like — what do you mean that wasn’t you?”

"Because youd make it look like a model at the New York Fashion Week catwalk." He smiled. "They are in their room."

"I think we go out for dinner, yes." Nathan nodded smiling. "Where sre we going?"
