I would like to announce the launch of a Kickstarter for a new tabletop RPG project, Heroic Havoc #2: Elements of Justice. This is a superhero adventure module designed for Mutants & Masterminds.

The story: A team of heroes has been tasked with secretly guarding the motorcade of a visiting foreign dignitary. “Despot” would be a better word though. Chatter on the dark web hints that a group of self-proclaimed freedom fighters may attempt a kidnapping. (Not surprisingly, the motorcade is indeed attacked! ) Can the heroes prevent the antagonists from succeeding?
