Well I guess you are what you eat😂 NOT!! I made better choices than I would have before even though I binged a little... I know I ate out to much this week, so my sodium intake was higher than normal... So that 1.6 I know is mostly water retention PLUS I didn't drink as much water... The last two weeks have been good weigh ins... So I kinda expected this... So, like I know this isn't really weight loss related... But then again it is... 2014 I lost my motive to lose weight... My hero, my daddy died... I had done so well... I kept up the weight loss fight... I was going to the gym... I was moving...I was excited because I had almost lost 100 pounds...he got sick in October 2012... I tried to keep myself together... Came November was doing better.. Daddy was well right but o stopped going to the gym... I was taking care of my daddy & my momma, she had to be strong for him.... Right after Christmas my daddy got worse... Died 01/07/14 with him so did I. I hadn't realized it... I was eating without thinking... I had been fighting suicide... I didn't have a "purpose" "nobody" cared... "No one" was listening my voice was silent.... I fought myself, and I prayed... 2014 took my purpose to live, 2015 I fought to keep living.. 2016 my purpose will be born again... I'm sorry if I sound cheesy or naïve... Me being a grandma means the world to me! I want to give this child a healthy granny... A granny that play, run & jump! I want to do with this child what I could never do with my kids... I have a purpose to live and keep fighting! I guess I always I had the purpose... I just needed the will! #Godisgood #Histimingisperfect Just thought I'd share my happiness with you'll... 💕👶🏻💕
