I mentioned briefly in one of my previous posts that I am currently working on a VERY canon divergent crossover AU, involving (mostly) Corrin and Byleth

It’s pretty self indulgent if I’m being honest, but I have been working on the plot and characters for a year or two, and I’d be more than happy to share this out loud! :))

(^^ a little redesign I made for Corrin, ft. the main cast)

To make a (very, VERY,) long story short, Corrin runs away as the last prince Nohr, having lost the war against Hoshido. He ends up fleeing into Fódlan, where Byleth, Shez, and Jeralt find him unconscious in a river.

Corrin joins the mercenaries, and during this time, he struggles with gathering the courage and self-worth to return to liberate his homeland.

The focus is also heavy on Byleth, where he never becomes a professor, so he learns a new perspective in life after meeting Corrin, learning to view himself as something other than a living weapon.

Im planning to make this a full on fic, and I am working very hard on itthis! For anyone interested, be on the lookout!! :))
