This man is just a teenage girl leaving comments on her crush's youtube video in bed only he's also an idol whose crush is also part of his fandom only he has no idea. These adult men are idiots and I love them so much.

I don't see anyone talking about it, but I love how thankful Chadjen's father is to Shin. Like, the man sent his son in such a school because he wanted him to stand up for himself and yet, when this boy protects him, he embraces him with open arms. Chadjen saying his father would never forgive him if Shin went to his place and didn't receive him with a feast, the man paid the school an obscene amount so that Shin wouldn't be expelled. I just really love it.

I have seen some criticism of how the ending of Miseinen and the special episode felt incomplete and not realistic. It felt very realistic to me. Especially the anxiety Minase has about coming out. His anxiety about being left behind and the continuation of his surface level relationships with his friends and his mom. He is very aware of how sharing those truths would leave him even lonelier and more than likely unemployed. We like for our fictional characters to stand up to their bullies and push the narrative forward by standing completely in their truth, but to do that in the real world has real consequences. Maybe one day he will be able to stand tall in all that he is, but for now being able to show love and be loved is all that is needed for this character. Look at how much pushing Hirukawa had to do to get him to admit his anxieties. I would have loved for him to send that text to his mom, but this felt in character and realistic to me.
In the same vein, Hirukawa felt very in character for me. He is use to being in the outskirts of society so he does have a little bit more of a laissez faire approach to dealing with their peer group. He absolutely would shout from the mountain tops that he and Minase are together, but he also understands there are consequences and repercussions for being a martyr (he knows it best).
The scene where he talks about his one sided crush was so well done. He open the door for everyone at that table to be open and accepting of him and when they showed they were not ready for that he made sure that it did not expose Minase to any backlash. How he talks about marriage with his colleagues when asked. He is use to the lonely and more adept at handling it. It does not mean it does not affect him, but he understood it long before Minase did. He found his person and that is enough for him.
All in all, I loved it and will be rewatching it soon.

Anybody knows how to buy tickets for Hobi's concert in Osaka?
I live in Japan but always only bought resale tickets. I'd like to buy when it goes on sale instead.
Thank youuuu =D

That's actually the thing I like the least 😭😭😭
I'd rather he showed more emotions (but that's a me thing, I once rejected a very cute guy because he was always making this face...)
Honestly one of my favorite things about Thame Po so far is that Po just has a perpetual 🥺🥺🥺 face

One of my pet peeve in fanfiction is when the character changes name for whatever reason (back in the past and needs to change his name because it is unique, for exemple) and the story is at the third person but when you read their thoughts, they are like "Maggie... no, Sara thought", or "Mag... no, she had to get used to her new name, Sara". And I'm like??? Who thinks about themselves in third person??? Who thinks "Name should do that"???
Just read "Hele- Emily thought about what she had to do".
How? Why not "I thought about what I had to do"?
