Do you know that drafting an Intern Handbook is an integral part of “Internal Communications” in any organisation?

If you Google the keyword “Intern Handbook”, you will find a few boring stuff and some University guidelines.

Also, a lot of people talk about ” Employee Handbook“, which is equally important.

BUT

There isn’t a proper guide or a template that teaches you about the Intern’s Handbook. Right?

I am writing this blog to provide a comprehensive step-wise guide to the readers for preparing a handbook for Interns.

The guide talks about the value the handbook holds for any business & for interns. It also discusses why organisations don’t have this kind of documents.
