I went through a lot of trials for the past 4 years but this year was the darkest and most painful. 💔 Losing the last parent and family I had turned my world upside down and shattered my dreams. I was on the verge of giving up. But, because of God’s grace, I was able to stand again and be reborn. Jesus lifted me up and removed me from the dark hole I was in. ✝️ I may be an orphan now but I am not alone, I rejoice 🙌 that He is with me and He comforts me with His eternal love. I may have lost my parents but I will always have an amazing Father who will not abandon me. ❤️ I am thankful that I have been blessed with life and people to share it with. Thank you and I love you, Jesus! 😍 To the people, family friends and relatives who have been with us through our battle with cancer 🎗; to my friends who have been very supportive; to the doctors 👨‍⚕️ nurses and caregivers who have been very kind and loving; to my co-workers who have been very understanding; to my prayer warriors and dgroup sisters who always have my back, prays with me and have lead me closer to our Lord; and of course, to my boyfriend who helped me took care of mama and continuously showering me with his love 💏 - words are not enough to express how thankful I am to all of you. Thank you very much for everything. I pray that our Lord will bless your lives more. 🙏 I am just here if you need me for anything. I am forever grateful to all of you. 😘 My dear brothers and sisters, there are so many things to be thankful for. You may be struggling now, in pain, broken, sick, unhappy, lonely and probably losing hope. I plead that you hold on and be strong. 💪 Life is beautiful and if you just continue to have faith, everything will fall into place. Please know that He is in control and working in your life now. 👍Happy Thanksgiving everyone! To all the single men and women out there and are part of the “old millenials” generation. Have you ever been to a social gathering or (worst) family reunions wherein people ask you dreary questions like, “Single ka pa din? Kailan ka mag-aasawa?, Paano kung tumanda kang dalaga/binata?” 🤔 Sometimes, our culture plays an integral part on how we live our lives. Take relationships as an example. More often than not, our culture dictates when people should be married or have kids at a certain age and if you’re a woman, you would know that the calendar is your guide. 😞 And there are people, men and women alike, who are pressured to meet the so called deadline. Others would be caught up in a fantasy that marriage is the solution for their loneliness. 💍 Don’t get me wrong, it can and does happen. 👍 You can get married and have that sense of completeness. But friends, if you feel incomplete 💔 and you have that longing for someone who could bridge the gap you feel inside, turn to Jesus. ✝️ Build a relationship with Him first before heading to a relationship that just might end up being unfulfilling because most of the time, bad relationships are a result of someone trying to fill the void through someone else. And those type of relationships fail and never work. Why? Because Jesus is the only who can make you feel complete and once you do, then that’s the time you can be fully happy in any relationship. 💑 Allow Jesus to finish the work he has started in your life - helping you become a better version of you. Also don’t forget to pray for your future partner as God prepares Him for you as well. 🙏 This life is not meant to be lived alone. If you have a longing to be married and have a family, don’t fret, it will come. 👰🏻🤵 Do not rush nor be pressured. Just wait for God’s perfect time and enjoy every moment being single as it is also a gift from God.
