When the war in Gaza began on October 7, 2023, my family was in extreme fear during the displacement and found themselves in a small, insufficient tent. Despite the lack of safety, food, clean water, and the spread of diseases, they had to live this difficult life under bombardment, knowing that at any moment, they could lose their lives.

Have you ever experienced seeing your dreams broken in front of your eyes and not being able to do anything about it? Have you ever thought about living in a tent by a cold and unclean ocean, sleeping on the sand, without a bathroom or water? Have you thought about living in a place where you can’t meet your family’s basic needs and feel helpless about it?

Do you understand what it means to be in a situation where you have been displaced over and over again, just to reach the only supposed safe area?

Can you do this while your children are sleeping on the floor and you cannot find good food for them? This is our situation and the reality we have been living in for eight consecutive months.

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well

Here are a pictures of my nephews and nieces. What is their fault to be displaced for more than eight months? To be scared of bombings for more than eight months? To be seeking food and water every single day?

Some of them have already witnessed four wars since their birth, but now they are witnessing a genocide. Do they not have the right to live a beautiful life like other kids in the world? Don’t they have dreams like others? Who can rebuild their dreams?

For the past six months, they have been living in tents under the constant threat of eviction, with very little access to basic necessities. These children are in constant danger, either from the threat of illness or because of the violence.

Have you ever been forced to leave your home without knowing where you are going? And to live in a plastic tent that does not protect you from the rain? Every moment they are delayed takes a toll on these children, both mentally and physically, and they will have to carry this for life.

Please help me to save my family, my nephews and my nieces
