i want yuji to be the one to take down sukuna, to make the final blow but i’m just now realizing how perfect of a match yuta vs sukuna is. sukuna says ‘love is worthless’ and that everyone else is just there for his enjoyment. but what’s yuta’s entire thing? it’s love. love is mentioned as ‘the most twisted curse’ and love is what gave birth to rika. and because of love yuta was able to free the original rika. if anyone were to show sukuna what love is worth it’d be yuta.

i just want to talk about this panel and how, while in megumi’s body, sukuna is shorter but he does not feel any less against someone taller. the very power he holds and the way he carries himself is more than enough to intimidate people even if they’re larger/taller.

sukuna sensing jujutsu excellence is basically hardwired into him. people who say he’s goalless are so wrong. this man spent so much time to perfect himself to be the pinnacle of jujutsu. so, him admiring other sorcerers very much proves this point.

when sukuna talks about how everyone’s gotten stronger and better (yuji included) he isn’t upset about it or even worried for that matter. he’s admiring the effort they’re putting in and the strength they carry to fight him. like i’ve mentioned, he’s someone who doesn’t want a boring fight. he wants someone who brings a good challenge.

hi random but, sukuna is such a fascinating character to me. after the leaks i’m realizing that, when he fights, if predictable blows are thrown at him, said person will only be tossed aside. but impress him in the way higuruma and gojo have, then he’ll engage in the fight because he’s interested and entertained

despite his outward display of defiance , the curse couldn't suppress the faint smirk that tugged at his lips at the spoken words. itadori yuji was nothing short of a prison , and sukuna loathed every moment trapped within. ever since his finger had been consumed , he found himself shackled within the confines of this vessel , sequestered within his domain , a relentless boredom gnawing at him. yearning to unleash terror upon the world in his true form once more , he felt utterly constrained , frustratingly stuck within this body.

they  didn’t  talk  much  though  he  found  himself  attempting  to  torture  the  kid  overtime  ,  break  him  down  ,  tear  him  apart  from  the  inside  out.  he  could  only  take  so  much  before  it  all  lost  his  interest.  yet  they  had  a  binding  bow  in  place  —  the  one  and  only  thing  he  could  hold  onto  ,  the  bit  of  hope  he  had  for  escaping.

it’s so important to note that while sukuna sees himself superior, a god amongst everyone else, he still will acknowledge the strength of another. jogo and gojo are two prime examples. anyone who can give him a good, decent fight earns his genuine respect

it’s important to note that yes, sukuna is unhinged and violent but he’s also extremely intelligent and calculated. he didn’t rise to power just by being feared.
