Semi-Hiatus Notice!

Starting this evening, I will not be online as much. There is many more reasons, but is mostly to get myself familiarized with Magi. I will be watching at least one ep each day of the anime as well as taking my time with the manga. This is to make sure that my interactions are most correct, and with summer, now is the most opportune time. I will have saved drafts and will leave reminders now and again, though for now, I may be quiet here. Thanks for all of your patience!

   “Actually we can’t do that. She needs a little punishment for stealing Ithnan’s food.”

     He chuckled softly, heading outside with his son in his arms. Once he decided they were far enough, he put him down. Frankly Solomon didn’t want Aladdin’s head to get filled with unnecessary stuff, especially when he was still too young for that kind of talk. So, distracting him was a good idea.

     “How about we pick up some flowers for her instead?”

             “Now now, let’s not meddle in this issue, alright Aladdin? There are more funny things to do.”

A soft purr escaped from her, shivering slightly from feeling him against her neck. Breathing out slowly, the girl smiled softly as she tilted her own head up towards the night sky, staring at the stars.

“Mm, I do agree. It isn’t easy making a princess disappear. But I’m sure my brothers won’t mind.”

✩ Aladdin hadn’t considered that, no, and looked over at her, a little worried. “Why sure...I mean I guess they may do fine without you, but won’t you miss them more than they miss you?”

Maybe she tried not to consider that... He looked back up, hugging her close. “At least I’d hope they’d understand that I would take good care for you.” Actually, he gulped at the thought a bit. After all, he knew some men were protective. And they could easily crush him, had he not have magic. Though at least this was on his side for sure. Ugo wouldn’t allow that, right?

He tried to not think much of it. It was pretty difficult, actually. “I...guess on the other hand, we get views like this and more usually, even if at times we might get some scrapes and bruises. I’m kind of surprised Sinbad just...left you here like that. I would have thought as a Dungeon Master he would have loved to bring you. But I guess then again, had he hoped he would have at least asked....” 

Ah, he didn’t have his half on the matter. And he wouldn’t till later. Great time to disappear, actually. He would likely easily find her again. Instead though relaxed and actually at peace, he looked over just once more, smiling just a little. “Was there anything, in particular, you wanted to see? I guess I can get into some situations...but I can at least try to see that it eventually gets seen.”

Was he making accidental promises that his parents had made before? Maybe...it didn’t matter. After all, they would be together...he supposed that would be worth the pain. He got hurt for friends, so certainly he’d take away her torture, too.

Ahh, well I am glad people are thinking so! (I certainly have no clue what I am doing half the time!) I guess I really should try to watch the anime sooner than later.

✩ Oh, wow. Okay. When Sinbad had said a tribe, the didn’t consider it to be literal. Nor had he considered that everyone would be taller than him. Now, of course, most were, but this was ridiculous. Even most of the children were taller than he was! Now, of course, he had not noticed that Sinbad had technically taken the land they lived on as his own, but that was something he may just find sooner rather than later.

Now of course, he was more excitable to see that the tribe was fairly filled with women. He may have been little, but not innocent, for certain. Not completely. So instead he was fairly happy when one of the tallest women picked him up, glancing over his size (and quite likely to be surprised, at that). “Ah!” He’d quickly nipe, as he was quickly brought up into the open air. I could just fly if you wanted to see me closer! Ah, he didn’t complain, he just enjoyed the look he got instead.

✩ The boy looked rather gloomy with that answer, though it wasn’t his father, just more specifically the whole situation they all faced- Sheba was gone, Sapientis of course just gone-- of which Aladdin never guessed whether he was even alive or not, and of course, just himself left to travel with not much more than a “headless” giant, which through strong and protective, sometimes just...did not feel the same, when he’d see other little children with their parents. 

He of course never blamed either of his parents for this. Why would he? Really, it could have been foolish. Still, he more than anything was just curious. “Are...you with mama?” He asked curiously. Though others would have looked at him crazy as he was talking to no one, sitting in the middle of his stone room late in the evening. Of course, this is how he found peace to talk to his parents, anytime he really needed them.
