The Goodnight Phase
Ok, so here we are, 6 pm at night. We have just had a crazy long day. All we have in mind is a nice fat Large Dominos pizza that will last you till tomorrow afternoon. WRONG! Do not give in to the fatty foods that you crave. Instead, make a hearty salad with croutons and maybe even a soup to go along with that. The biggest way oopse that people make is eating heavy foods before bed. Its called the "Celebrity Diet" and the main point is to not eat 4-5 hours before you go to bed. This helps in many ways. By the time you are ready to go to bed, you might feel hungry, that is a good thing! Your body will automatically go into eating your "assfat" while you sleep. What better way to work out then to do it in your sleep right??

Studies show that after 20 minutes of your morning started, you should be sitting down for a healthy hearty meal. Keep this in mind that the first meal of the day is the most important one. Why I am here...
So I am here today to talk about Exercise and what people might not know. Most people think they just go to the gym, lift some free weights, run on the treadmill and leave feeling tired and thinking they actually did something. Sure you did, you just wasted a good hour on bogus when you could have been training your body for the next time. In this blog I will help describe a few work outs that will help your body form the way it should. Also, with a few dietary suggestions, we will have your body on the right path in no time! All you need is determination and an hour each or every other day.127
The one reason why we live longer in life is because we take care of our bodies. We put things into them that is smart and healthy. What we eat daily is what conforms these things called stomachs, flab, muffin top, and sometimes mistaken for abs! Whatever you like to call yours we can work on it.
