It gets harder day by day
I tell myself to hold up

As the sweat drops
As my knee drops
I get up and tell myself to hold up.
To hold myself together and try again untill I fall back.
Sometimes I just wanna close my eyes and give up already
But the passion burning inside doesn't let me rest.
The strings pierce into me but it doesn't hurt.
It gives me relief that I've been working hard.
Even though my head tells me this is going nowhere
My heart still comforts me
