i want so badly to like ginny, i know she's just a kid and she's going through some tough ass shit, and maybe it's because i'm only on season 1 and i don't know how much she knows about her mom's past, but it's sometimes frustrating to get through her scenes. and i feel so bad about that.

i think what i enjoy most about the pitt and it's huge collection of characters is that they're all flawed. they all make mistakes, say shit they shouldn't say, do things they shouldn't do. i'm not in healthcare so i don't know the extent of the realism behind it, but for a show with such large ensemble cast i love that they drive home the differences between everybody but at the end of the day, they are there to help save lives.
