This blog post includes an image that shows different types of fruit. I personally love to eat fruit everyday. The image includes papaya, grapes, mango, blueberries, strawberries and tangerines. My favorite is papaya, mango and strawberries. Every fruit has many vitamins and give us energy when we eat it. Papaya, tangerines, mangos and strawberries are rich in vitamin C. Blueberries help improve our memory. Bananas are rich in potassium, and are a good source of fiber which helps improve digestion. Grapes support your heart and can help improve sleep as well. All fruits are overall very beneficial and they all provide many different minerals and vitamins. When I was small, I would always eat fruit bowls at my grandparents and it is a memory that I will always cherish. Fruit has now become a part of my daily diet, it is a way that I express self love. Being mindful about the benefits that each fruit has is something that I would recommend. Making fruit smoothies is also something that I enjoy as well. Smoothies have many health benefits and can be something you can do when you are in a hurry and do not have much time to cook something. Some recipes include; banana and strawberry, strawberry and blueberry and banana, spinach and banana and strawberry, pineapple and strawberry, pineapple and strawberry and mango. You can always add protein powder and peanut butter, and do different types of milks such as almond, oat, coconut. You can always try to also drink different types of kombucha, I recommend the brand synergy, june shine, health ade, brew dr. They all have many flavors that I personally like. You can also make natural juices such as; celery and pineapple and greenapple, and cucumber and spinach, beets and red apple and pineapple, carrot, orange and grapefruit, orange, orange and carrot, watermelon. Natural juices have many vitamins and minerals and are delicious. I enjoy a natural juice with a bagel. Overall fruits and vegetables are the healthiest way that you can nourish your body and aid to your mind and soul.馃尰

This blog post has thirteen different types of images that show a variety of food. The variety of food include many ways that healthy eating is possible. The first image show tangerines that I got gifted. They were all very fresh and tasty. The second image shows a pineapple wood plater that has fresh cut fruit. The fruit included carrots, cucumbers, mango, and green apple with lime and tajin on top. The third image shows a corn with mayo and cheese and tajin and tapatio. I bought this corn from a local small business street vendor. I love being able to support small business. The fourth image is my hand holding an avocado. Avocados are my favorite fruit and I love them. I love the extra flavor that it gives the meals. The fifth picture shows a mug with coffee and a plate with fruit. The fruit is strawberries, mango, blueberries and almonds. In the sixth picture there are strawberries being sanitized in water. I really like sanitizing and washing my fruits and vegetables. Everyone should always wash their fruits and vegetables before consuming. The seventh picture is a plate with steak and country potato, asparagus, and carrots. I enjoy a good steak meal. I love adding vegetables that give more flavor. The eight picture is papaya. I love eating papaya. It is a very healthy fruit that I enjoy. This fruit reminds me of my childhood, I used to eat papaya with my grandpa and it is a memory that I will always cherish. The ninth picture is a salad with a fish that is fried. The salad has iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado slices with lemon. The tenth picture has two different types of tamales and black coffee. One of the tamales is red and the second one is green. One is chicken and the second one is beef. My most favorite one is the chicken one. It is not too spicy. The eleventh picture is a heart shaped box that is filled with different types of chocolates. Eating chocolate is overall very healthy and has benefits. They say that dark chocolate is the best. I really like dark chocolate. The twelfth image shows black coffee and fruit. The fruit is pineapple, melon, grapes, blueberries. My go to snack would be fruit. Eating fruit has many health benefits and aids to a positive mindset. The last picture is pineapple and blueberries.

This blog post is one of my favorites due to the colors. I believe that eating well is a form of self respect. I personally enjoy eating when the colors are bright and pretty. There is a saying " You are what you eat". In this image there are cherry tomatoes, granny smith apples, small bell peppers both yellow and red, mushrooms, Persian cucumbers, limes, spinach, and sweet potato. The colors are very bright. These are some of my favorite fruits and vegetables. I enjoy being able to explore new fruits and vegetables. Being able to cook new recipes and smell the aroma is always one of the highlights while cooking. Grocery shopping has become one of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy sharing fresh cut fruit and recipes. I also recommend everyone to always sanitize your fruits and vegetables before consuming. They are often sprayed different bug repellents that should be rinsed. The quote on this picture is something that I really believe is true. When you eat very healthy you are wealthy within your body due to how it has the strength to be able to do exercise, work, and continue to be active. Eating healthy aids to overall wellness of our mind and soul. I also recommend to try to buy organic due to the fact that it can be healthier/ natural. Eating natural is shown to continue to aid with the vitamins and minerals that individuals should be consuming from the fruit or vegetable. An activity that makes purchasing organic fruits and vegetables fun would be attending the different farmers markets that always have a variety of different vendors who have many fresh fruits and vegetables that are locally grown. I believe that supporting small businesses and farmers is very effective to our economy. It helps individuals live a healthy live and helps farmers sell crops so they do not go to waste. Preventing food from going to waste is something positive. Giving individuals the opportunity to nourish their bodies with food that is not processed or has gmos. Being conscious about what you put into your body has many long term benefits that contribute to having a long healthy life. Putting effort and motivation always has many positive outcomes that the life that you want to have at the end. Self love is one of the keys to health and wellness. Health is Wealth. Stay Fit. In this post there are a total of nine pictures that share different types of food that I ate. In the first image there is an acai bowl. I really enjoy a good acai bowl and love the different types of fruit that is added at the top of the bowl. This acai bowl had banana, strawberry, coconut flakes, peanut butter, bee pollen, granola and chocolate chips, and honey. The second picture has eggs and ham and spinach with two quesadillas and avocado and strawberries and blueberries. The third picture has pozole that my momma cooked. The pozole has lettuce and radishes and tostadas with sour cream on the side. The fourth picture is two different types of drinks that are kombucha and yerba matte. I drink kombucha everyday and it is overall something that I have made a regular part of my diet and I love it. It is a healthy probiotic and I enjoy that it fuels my gut and gives more energy. I enjoy the different types of flavors that they have for kombucha. My favorite at the moment would be sage, mint and green tea. They have fruit flavors that help the bitterness taste a bit better. The fifth picture is of orange juice and black coffee. I really like both of these drinks as well. I love fresh orange juice and don't like creamer on my coffee. The sixth picture is of two carne asada tacos. They have guacamole on top and I really enjoyed them. I made the guacamole, it had avocado, lime, purple onion, serrano, cilantro, and tomato. It was overall very fresh and not too spicy. I personally really like making guacamole and adding it to my meals. The seventh picture would be a picture of a croissant sandwich that has egg, ham, cheese and a serrano to add some spice. I love making a healthy breakfast that will continue to give me the energy that I need for the day. Having a meal that gives me strength for the rest of the day is something that I think has a positive effect. Having a variety of healthy options also makes it easy to continue to eat that way. Staying consistent is also highly important when wanting a healthy life. I find the colors in my food to make it more exciting to continue to have a healthy life and eat healthy.

In this post I was able to make a collage with five different pictures. All five of the pictures have different types of food that is healthy when consumed. In the first picture I made myself fresh orange juice that I had from oranges that were gifted from a friends orange tree. I also had a everything bagel with cream cheese and I enjoyed that with my fresh juice. In the second picture there is green tea and fresh fruit. The fresh fruit is grapes, pineapple, blueberry and strawberries as well. The third picture is a picture of two different types of bagels the first one is a bagel with avocado and pepper flakes and the second one is a bagel with cream cheese with pepper flakes as well. The fourth picture is my momma cooking carne asada. There is carne asada, cactus, sausage, onions as well. That day was very fun and I was very thankful with the meal that was cooked with love. It was very nourishing and plentiful. My parents both cooked that day and I helped set up the table. In the last picture I cooked three different types of ceviches for my family. I made a green aguachile and then I made cut up shrimp ceviche and whole shrimp ceviche. My parents really enjoyed the three different types of ceviches that I made. I prepped everything with time and I cleaned everything in a way that I would like to consume it. Eating healthy is very important in my family and everyone enjoys when we cook for each other. My parents have always taught us to be mindful with what we put into our bodies. To love our bodies and our minds and be able to feed it food that helps give it positive energy and be able to grow. Cooking with consciousness is very effective and overall good. When you care about what you are eating you are making an effort to have good health. Being aware of what gives you energy and what doesn't is very important to have a long life as well. I personally am very picky with what I consume and always make sure that I won't consume something that will hurt me in the moment or long term. Self love is very important in my life and I always want to make sure I feel good mentally and physically.

This blog has a total of 7 pictures that all have a variety of different types of food. In the first picture there is a gluten free pancake that is topped with blueberries and strawberries and some syrup. It also has a slice of turkey bacon. In the second picture there is a croissant sandwich with turkey ham, arugula and spinach, with Brazilian nuts and dark chocolate covered pretzels and cashews, small bell peppers, hummus, pickles and blueberries. Then in the third picture there are some spicy tortilla chips and shrimp ceviche that has shrimp, cucumber, lime, tomato, serrano, cilantro, avocado, purple onion. I really enjoy healthy eating and being able to cook a meal that helps me feel better mentally and physically. The fourth picture has strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and two different types of bagels. One bagel had avocado spread with pepper flakes and the second bagel has cream cheese with pepper flakes as well. The fifth picture is chicken fajitas, it has yellow, orange and red bell pepper and onion as well. The sixth picture is a box of croissants. I enjoy eating croissants and including them in my breakfast meals.The last picture is fruit, there are oranges and apples. I believe that eating healthy is key to wealth. Our mind is also connected to our health. If we feed our mind and body food that heals and has many vitamins that fuel our body is empowering and helpful. When we have a healthy life that helps us have a positive life everyday we never feel drained or like that it is hard to get through the day. I personally love cooking for myself and for others. It is like my love language and I think that food also connects one another. Food is also alive. It gives us the strength that we need to keep going and to be alive. Having a healthy diet aids to our soul and helps cultivate positive energy overall. Having positive energy helps us vibrate higher. When we vibrate higher we allow others to see the light within us and see the light in others. Eating healthy also aids to a better state of mind which leads to individuals cultivating more kindness.
