struggling with self care? here's a few things you can do to include your f/o in your day to day life to maybe help you out :)

— make your f/o breakfast! or lunch, or dinner, or a snack, or a cup of tea, whatever they like!

— your f/o really loves the smell of the body wash you use! take a shower tonight with it so they can smell it while they're cuddling you asleep. same goes for your shampoo!

— your f/o has an outfit they wanna wear tomorrow, but its not clean. may as well do your laundry too while you're at it!

— your f/o had a movie they wanted to watch with you. take a moment to relax with them tonight.

— your f/o wants to have a nice cozy night with you tonight. why not make your bed so you have a nice place to snuggle with them?

— having trouble cleaning your room? that's okay, your f/o is gonna help you do it! try to get it started for them.

note; these are just a handful of things that help me. I dunno if they'll help you but you can try, if you'd like :3

— take a break from social media tonight and talk to your f/o! maybe draw or write them something, and if you aren't feeling that, just take some time to appreciate life with them.

🧋 milk tea — my favorite parts about him personality wise is his passion, and his love for his work. he's filled with so much love and willingness to continue on that ufhshshgh his ideals and trust in them is so beautiful please! also his softness and kindness, but thats to be expected. Body wise? His EYES omg his eyes, his smile and his hair :) <333

🍷 wine — i cling cling. omg we both are so clingy haha we're always holding hands, sometimes i'll hug him from behind and we awkwardly walk around the house (so worth it) and everytime we sit down we're on eachothers laps or in eachothers arms!

🍺 root beer — i definitely think I go partying partying more, but he likes tagging along :) he has fun watching me have fun! Although we prefer house parties, food, movies and music and eachother :) <3 and dont forget cuddles!

thinking about how your husband changes drastically when he’s had just a little too much to drink. his faint, whiny hiccups would escape his quivering lips, filling your ears with his intoxication as he leans against you. he reaches out to play with your hair, gently tugging at the strands and trailing undirected kisses along them as you bite your lip to suppress your giggles. he then brings his unsteady hands to your face, squishing your cheeks before pulling you closer, looking at you with glossy eyes—small hearts seemingly etched into his pupils.

"i wish y-you hic were mineee...."

"pftt—" you burst into a fit of laughter at his uncharacteristic neediness—you’ve always enjoyed it when he'd get drunk. after all, they say a drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts. so, although he loves you an awful lot, he would never admit, while whining, how much he actually wants you. 

"i am yours though, sweetheart," you reassure him softly.

“oh, really? you are?” he raises his brows questionably, “well, that's good... i couldn't bear the thought of some other loser having you all to himself."

unbeknownst to him, however, is that you had recorded him during his moment of vulnerability. he was absolutely embarrassed and ashamed of himself when he had sobered up.
